Most delicious breakfast I’ve had in a while! The food at Mimi’s Cafe is so good. The smoked salmon Benedict with capers was full of flavor and my husband loved his spicy, blacked chicken and eggs. They have a full bar and mimosas too! Service was friendly and attentive.

Wow. I remember this place was all the rage in the 90's. They used to have a great vibe with their different dining rooms each having their own theme. Gone are the days where they served incredible bread baskets with various muffins and brown breads. Now all they serve is sliced toasted white bread. The food is fair now and the place is run down. I so enjoyed eating next to a window with peeling paint. This place is hanging on by a thread.

Haven’t gone in person but picked up numerous times! Food is always amazing everyone who I have try it is obsessed! Quick service as well :) I usually get the berry crepes and French toast! The flavored coffee is to die for!

When we entered the store there were a number few people there. Our charming young waitress proceeded to get our drinks and appetizers in a very timely manner. She continued to stay in touch with us as we tried to side what we wanted to eat from the vast menu of items available without being intrusive.
This was the first time that my wife had the ability to go out to eat after her stroke a couple of weeks ago and our waitress was very patient with her try to determine what she wanted to enjoy for dinner.
We ordered several items from the menu and they were brought out in a timely manner that allowed us to enjoy eating some of them all at once and others to just savor what had been cooked.
My wife had to go to the restroom and our waitress helped her very professionally by following her in case she can get help and holding the door open and she continued down to do her business while walking with a walker.
In the interim she had packaged up all of our leftover meal to go that we wanted and had it at the ready when it was time for us to leave.
She went back several times to ensure that my wife was okay and when it came time for us to leave she actually opened a side door to allow us to exit directly to our vehicle which was parked about 15 ft from the door versus a very long journey from the front door to our vehicle.
Kudos to all who work there, in a timely and honorable manner, and each of the guests were given the time needed to check the menu for their desired items, then return those items to the table when a warm and professional attitude.
I rarely rate a restaurant in some place that people should experience, this particular store is an exception to that. Good food, good service, good manners by all of the staff who worked there. The restaurant is clean, the restrooms are clean and there is Apple parking around this particular store to allow you to get into in an easy manner.

Outside quaint. Inside sterile. Pamela was excellent. The breakfast menu is extensive. However, tiramisu French toast is dry with little flavor. Fortunately, I saw, on a sign, Croissant Beignets. THEY WERE FRESHLY MADE AND DELICIOUS.

The restaurant did ok with the Mother’s Day rush, everyone tried but they were obviously under-staffed. This review concerns the property owner. The landscaping and parking lot are literally the worst I’ve seen in Arrowhead Ranch. Over grown weeds, parking lot surface is a decade over needing a refresh. The turf sprinklers came on and got my wife and daughters wet. No one inside knew how to turn them off and didn’t offer towels or anything. Irrigating in the middle of the day in 100 plus weather wastes water. The property owner lives in Newport Beach and will probably never fix these issues.

What a bummer! We chose to dine here for Mother's Day today. Made a reservation for noon through open table. Got confirmation and we showed up to the restaurant 15 minutes early. It was beyond busy so we were thankful that we thought ahead and made a reservation. We checked in but there was no place available to sit to wait inside or outside so the gal who checked us in said she would text us when table was ready. So we sat in our car waiting. Husband went in to check on table two more times as it was well past the reservation time. We finally left after waiting an hour in our car and it's now 4 and a half hours later, never got that text! I understand being busy but that's pretty bad! We were really looking forward to a mother's day meal here. We hadn't been to Mimi's in about ten years and thought we'd give it a try. Maybe we'll try again in ten more years🤷♀️.
Worse place ever, I used to love the food but it's not worth the experience. Even picking up food, the staff in Glendale is terrible. Never going back, finding a new spot.

We had a reservation for 14 at Mimi's Café for Mother's Day, but upon arrival, we were mistakenly directed to a table already occupied by another group. Unfortunately, there wasn't a proper setup ready for us. The staff offered a table for 8 and a nearby booth, which would have split our group. We chose to sit all together at the 8-person table, even though it was a tight fit. While we made it work and still enjoyed our time, it would have been better if our reservation had been properly accommodated.

Every table on Mother's Day was double booked. Despite making a reservation through OT, the wait was, literally, hours. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Because it was Mother's Day the choices were limited and basic, and the the day was ruined.

The biggest issue was they overbooked the time slots. People were waiting 45 minutes past their reservation times Nowhere to wait and only had 1 bartender while we were there. My 1st course came late, everyone else was done by the time I received mine and our food came out 2 minutes after I started. Wait staff was nice but inattentive because they were overwhelmed. My daughter's drink did not even show up until halfway through the meal.

Mimis was so overbooked by the time we had a server, it was an hour after our reservation. The hostess said she would get us some breakfast menus. She never returned. The server said they were not serving breakfast even though they advertise serving breakfast all day. The only menu available was a Mother's Day brunch which was way overpriced. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant. We will never eat at Mimi's again after today. A horrible experience!
