**Rude Management**
Went to Mimi's today with the wife and kids, and my wifes food was great, I got the steak and eggs, upgraded to the ribeye cooked medium rare, the steak was basically raw on the inside where i would barely call it blue rare, I love a good steak, the waitress was lovely, fired up a new one and same issue, it was just slightly more done but still no where near medium rare, i informed her, she grabbed a manager, who blatantly disregarded it, and said it was medium rare, it was PURPLE on the inside not pink. I informed her that is not medium rare, she snatched my plate off the table while i was holding my fork with a bite of eggs and french fries, they comped the meal. but this manager was Rude and did not seem to care at all about her customers. I have always loved Mimi's cafe since i was a kid and this was severely disappointing.

Great breakfast spot! The muffins alone are worth the trip! I also had the Santa Fe omelette but it was so good I forgot to take a picture until it was almost gone. The inside decor is kind of rustic/old - clean but nothing special. Our server was great - kept my coffee cup full. I can’t believe I’ve been in Arizona 15 years and this was my first time….it won’t be my last!

Haven't been to a Mimi's cafe in a while. The food was pretty good, got the onion soup which was great and the turkey sandwich. My granddaughter loved the kids menu with the chicken strips. I ordered her her first creme brulee and she really enjoyed it. Service was so so I don't know if maybe it was late and that's why it was a little slow but we didn't even get refills on our lemonade
