I have always liked this place, until today. The food wasn’t as good as usual, but the attitude from the staff is what disturbed me the most. All 3 staff that I encountered were extremely rude. Like I was bothering them by being there. Very easy solution, we won’t be back!

Carne Asada Burrito and the Horchata was as good as it was back in high school. rice seemed to have been cooled/reheated due to crumble texture. Wish the burrito had a bit more carne asada. Overall a consistent place to go 👍🏼

Mixteca is our go-to spot when we have a rough day. The food is true comfort food. Drive thru is incredibly fast to get me home to my TV, couch, blankie, and 3 chihuahuas. Luv u Mixteca!!! 🌮🌮🌮🍹🥰👍🍹🐶🐶🐶

I live in the SE Valley and my mother brought us here a while back and we enjoyed it. we had a surprise birthday party for my Mother's 80th on this side of town and immediately thought of Mixteca for the catering. the food was excellent and big hit with everyone. the street tacos and mini chimis were awesome. thank you.

Cool spot. Came for the car show which we were thrilled to find after Scottsdale pavilions show fizzled out. Quick service style with a full bar & patio attached. Chips & Salsa bar are awesome with lots of variety. HUGE portions. Will definitely be back 👍
Nice clean place with excellent food at a good price. Large indoor and outdoor seating. Two Enchiladas, (Beef and Chicken) combo #12 was fresh and VERY tasty. Fast, friendly service.

When this first opened, the recipes were definitely from the old tolteca (sonoran recipes and flavor) on van Buren. The food is now not even close anymore. The menudo on the weekends has been different the last three times I've tried it. I expected the ponza to be cleaned prior to cooking. It was apparent that they did not attempt to clean this. The smell gave it away. Each time they seem to have a different cook attempting to make this southwest dish. This latest version is definitely from deep southern Mexico. To many shortcuts in my opinion.

Ordered in the front area, we were not greeted properly. Server Front morning M was rude, she seemed annoyed with the questions that I had, mind you this is our first time eating here. The rolling of the eyes and hand gestures were so uncalled for! I’ve works in customer service my entire work history… if you don’t like your job find you one that suits you! Food was so so… I’ve had way better. Would I recommend this to anyone I know, No! Do better Server morning M! Yeah she didn’t have a name tag on either.
