Ordered from Uber eats tonight. My wife had a craving for pizza. What we got was a box that had her label but a completely different pizza inside. Contacted uber eats in regards to the mishap. They were so generous and gave us a whole $1.80. When the pizza was $11.
It’s a shame we have to play roulette with ordering out and hope it’s perfect or just have to deal with it. I don’t live close so I would have spent more money just to come get it handled.

Ordered my food online 30 minutes before I got there. Walk in let them know that I am there. They said okay so I went to use the restroom for about 3 minutes came back and they didn't even put my pizza in the oven and there was almost no one here. Just oh sorry we forgot to put it in. They even forgot about it after I let them know I was here.

This place has gone really gone to hell. 3 kids clueless working on a Friday lunch everyone sitting and waiting for orders to be taken .. no one dating ill be right with you just blank stares never again

I came to this location recently for dinner with my spouse and waited in line for at least 15 minutes. There were a few people behind us in line. There were only two customers in front of us, ordering (they looked like they were together) and they wanted every topping known to man on their food, and ordered slooowly. Not the restaurant's problem, really, but the employee wasn't really doing anything to move things along when there were other people waiting. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is after the long wait in line, a food delivery person came in to pick up an order. It wasn't ready right then and there, so the staff immediately gave him a free drink while he waited. We were waiting for 15 minutes in line and the food delivery driver gets a free drink right away? I'm not asking for a free drink, but that was really unprofessional to offer that to him when your in-person customers were waiting way longer. Not cool. The food was also just okay.

Look the pizza is solid but the customer service here is great, vance specifically i mean the guy took a perfect order, was super respectful, brought the pizza to my car and even gave me 3 ranches, if anyone at this location deserves a raise its VANCE!!!
It's one of the best pizzas in Phoenix. I recommend the pesto sauce 👌

Took forever to order. They have one person making them and the other 2 people are just chilling on there phones and only show face for 2 seconds to move the pizza in the oven then go back on there phone in the back. The line is extremely long and they are making this one girl in the front do all the pizzas. Worst Mod I’ve ever been to. Management definitely needs to step it up and get there workers to actually work.
