My wife and I came here after running some errands. We had planned on stopping by after they opened but finally made it in. Food was amazing and the signature sauce made by the owner is incredible. Once of the best sauces I’ve ever had. This place is exactly what the neighborhood needed. Excellent food at an excellent price.
Food was awesome, service was great! The Cubano was so good. I was worried about the amount of mustard but it was well balanced! The family loved the burgers! Definitely again

Went to dinner 1/23! Amazing atmosphere & delicious food! We had the pretzel w cheese, which was served beautifully! Crispy Chicken sandwich & Mac & cheese both very very good! Great portions & service was also great! A must try!

Tried this for the first time tonight and we will definitely be going back. We had the honey hot brussel spouts for appetizer and my hubby even loved them and he dislikes brussel sprouts! I had the bison meatloaf which was better than many steaks I've had at other places!! The glaze on top was great. My meal came with mashed potatoes using red potatoes and corn on the cob. My hubby had the fried chicken meal that came with a twice baked potato and green beans. He said it tasted just how his mom used to make fried chicken! The owner said it was his great grandma's recipe handed down..... and we could tell. It was amazing!
This place looks amazing I didn't even know it was in the area I used to eating next door and the restaurant before this I don't think was very good. I can't wait to give it a try!

The fried chicken was great. The green beans where cooked perfectly. The twice baked potatoe was great. I will be coming back. The staff was very friendly.
Cowboy burger was phenomenal! Fantastic value and staff super nice. Will come back and recommend.

Hidden gem…glad we found this place for lunch. Food and service were great. Friendly neighborhood spot and we will definitely be back!
Was originally going nextdoor to Ronnie's but saw that Modern Heirloom was open so we looked at the menu and decided to give it a try. Beyond happy that we did everything about the place was great. We had the opportunity to talk with the owner and he shared with us the orgin of the name and using handed down family recipes to create the menu. The environment is open and spacious also very welcoming. The food was great we got the Avo Toast and Chicken Fried Steak. Also I tried the Loaded Bloody Mary something different but very good. This was our first time and woll definitely not be our last. Thank you Doug for a great first impression.

This is my first time visiting and the food was fantastic. I had a cowboy burger it was cooked exactly as I asked and it was a lb. patty. My husband had the meatloaf that is made with bison. He said it was very moist and he would never have known if was made with bison. It had very good flavor. The owner was very attentive and made us feel very welcome.
I would recommend this new American style restaurant.
