Came here before the Breaking Benjamin concert for wings and a couple drinks. Our server/manager was AWESOME.. The food was delicious and the drinks were cold. Thank you for making our preconcert meal a great time. See you again.

If I could give this place a 0 star i would. Please don’t waste your time or money here. The service was horrible it took about 45 mins for our food to come out. The pizza was raw from the breading to the cheese when picking up a slice everything completely fell off the breading. The boneless wings had absolutely no breading they tasted like they had just came out of boiling water. If you’re looking for a good place to eat wings/pizza consider going elsewhere.

Our group of four recently signed at Native Grill and Wings in WestGate, Glendale Arizona , and overall the experience was mixed but promising. The food was definitely the highlight of the visit We started with a chicken salad , which was fresh and flavorful. The greens were crisp, the chicken was tender, and the marinated sauce on the chicken gave it just the right kick of flavor. It felt light yet satisfying, showing that Native takes care in preparing quality salads. Next can't the lemon pepper wings, which were the favorite of the table. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor, they disappeared quickly and were so good that we end up ordering another round . Native has a great reputation for wings, and the fish lived up to the hype. We also tried the everything pizza not sure if that's the proper name but this pizza has everything meats, veggies, what ever you needed this pizza had it. It was hearty she well topped, though it received just average feedback from the group. While enjoyable , it wasn't quite as memorable as the wings or salad. The menu itself is diverse, offering something for eveyone-salads , wings, pizzas, sandwiches, and other hearty entrees. It's a great place for a group with different taste and cravings especially if you enjoy casual dining with a sports-bar atmosphere. The restaurant is filled with TV screens with sports Galore. Where things fell short was in the service. Our server was genuinely warm, friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the table service was slower than expected, especially given that the restaurant was not particularly busy. It took a while for our table to be attended to, and the drinks that were ordered never arrived ( they were kindly removed from the bill). More frequent table checks and quicker follow-up would haveade the experience smoother. Overall Native Grill and Wings at Westgate had good flavors especially their wings and plenty of menu variety. With improvements in attentiveness and timeliness if services it could easily become a standout dining spot in Glendale. I did get a free scoop of ice cream for my birthday. Thanks Native Grill and Wings. I forgot to mention that it does have a full service bar with bar Seating.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, this experience was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared.
I placed an online order, for 3 wing combos, two of which were supposed to be ”Wings only” or “All flats” and when I picked it up, it was wrong, 1 of the 2 flats combo were “all drumsticks” lol the complete opposite of what the I asked for. I called and spoke with the Manager Jacob, who was very polite and apologized. He offered me two solutions: either receive a refund or come back another day to have my order remade correctly. I agreed to come back for the remake.
When I returned on another day, my order was once again made incorrectly. At this point, I felt the most reasonable resolution was a refund since I still had not received the food I originally paid for. However, when I requested this, I was told I could not get a refund because the remake was considered “free” and that Jacob should not have given me the remake option in the first place. I was also told the store’s policy had changed, but that had nothing to do with what I was told, I don’t work there I am not an employee, I can only go by what I was told. It was only after I asked to see this policy in writing that they finally processed my refund.
Unfortunately, the interaction was handled very poorly. Ashley, the staff member who processed the refund, handed me the receipt without saying a single word, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. The only reason I knew her name was because the host, Michael Adler, told me. While I appreciate that the refund was eventually given, this entire experience was stressful and disappointing. Mistakes happen, but customers should not be left feeling like they are at fault for asking for what they paid for.
Better communication about policies and more professional customer service would go a long way in preventing situations like this.

Hey thx Dillon for helping us out today! We arrived around 2pm or a little bit after on Wednesday 8/20. Think Dillon was only server/bartender helping out customers at the time but, he took exceptional care of us. Ur a good guy and you know/he knows how to do his job well. Hope to see u there again next time we come back. You need help at all ask for Dillon. He’ll take care of you. Ty to behind the scenes workers too. Yall made us great food this afternoon too so ty so kindly. Depending but for most part behind scenes workers deserve equal praise as the faces we see if not more. Thx for showing up and helping out. Native couldn’t do it without all of yall there today. Dillon you take care and whoever was there too. I hope for the best for you all. You all take it easy take care be safe.
