My husband and I were so looking forward to trying this location. The staff lead Brianna was extremely unprofessional and exemplified uncourteous behavior. I asked for less ginger and both our drinks had tons of ginger. They refused to remake drinks and refused any accommodations and later, I read Nekter policy which has zero refunds. It is a pricy juice bar and was disappointed the customer service was so rude. I own a small business and understand how crucial customer service and building professional relationships are for future business. As a result, we had a horrible experience and will be happy to invest our business elsewhere. Sadly, I do not recommend this location

used to love this place and was my go-to for açaí bowls. i came in today and the açaí bowl place was out of açaí! so i asked for pitaya base,,, i did not get that. i asked for almond butter and agave on top and had no agave and a small scoop of almond butter. when i asked for more almond butter i was scoffed at and given the tiniest scoop. i will not be coming back.

First time here, got a chocolate pb smoothie and in the first few sips I nearly drank multiple rocks. They can't be unblended food bits because they can't be bit into, or even broken up with my hands.

I’m about a few weeks pregnant and I haven’t been able to much down but smoothies seem to work. I came in and asked her i. her opinion about how good did the pumpkin smoothie was. Expecting to her to be like , it has this and that in it and many like it or something like that. She said “ if you like pumpkin, it tastes like pumpkin” wow what ?! Didn’t think it would taste like pumpkin but that was just such a smart ass answer. I was too nice in giving her a $1 tip
