My acai bowl looked gorgeous at first, but the actual smoothie bowl part was completely melted. It's a shame because otherwise it would have been good, but they messed up the most basic part of a smoothie bowl (thick consistency).

if youāre gonna charge as much as they do for a bowl of blended fruit then it better be perfect. however my aƧaĆ bowl was anything but that, it was horrible. first it was BARLEY filled even halfway when it shouldāve been filled all the way so i got scammed cause i didnāt get everything i paid for. also it was completely liquid and ive had their aƧaĆ bowls before and theyāre supposed to be nice n thick like how a smoothie bowl is supposed to be, i might as well drink my bowl with a straw itās straight liquid. and because of that itās disgusting completely un edible with my add ins and again iāve ordered this exact bowl before no issues. iām not sure if they had a new hire working on my bowl or just someone who didnāt give but it was absolutely disgusting, wayyy too sweet tasted like i was drinking straight agave with a tiny bit of aƧaĆ. i got a refund. definitely donāt order from this location. (the photos are from after i mixed it together and had only taken 2 bites, the second one you can see how some pieces from the granola is floating on top cause itās liquid, if it was thick like itās supposed to be this would not happen)

I love Nekter their smoothies are great but this was my first (and last) time coming this location. The young lady who was working at the counter was not friendly at all, rude, and her customer service skills were terrible. When we expressed we were having some trouble with the app she rolled her eyes and basically said too bad so sadā¦ whatever we let it go. But then at the end of the transaction she doesnāt offer me my receipt (which I usually claim to scan the barcode for points) when I noticed I asked her for it but she said no because she already threw it out and āitās impossible to get another one.ā didnāt want to argue with the girl since she was acting so annoyed so we just left. Pretty disappointed cause this one is so close to my house but Iād rather take the 15 minute drive elsewhere.

went in today, the person at the cash register handled cash and went immediately to start handling the food without changing gloves. We asked to change the gloves and she did, although her artificial nails were poking through the gloves. We will not be returning to this location. Be thankful someone from the health inspectorās office didnāt watch this.
