Neptunes Waters With Thrifty Ice Cream

Pretty disappointing when your a member for almost 2 years and you show up 30 mins before closing with only 3 bottles to have the worker watch you unload your water bottles, to then proceed to lock the door and then continue to sweep and make eye contact with you through the door and continue to ignore you… probably going to end up switching water providers after this ordeal.

Not only did they ignore me but a whole bunch of other people as well wanting to spend money at the establishment.

I bring my grandkids each Friday for an ice cream cone. We also sit and play Jenga there. Good variety of Thrifty's ice cream.

We came for the ice cream, and im not saying it was bad or anything, just not the best. It's pretty average, but I have definitely had better. The service was fine. The lady was not mean but didn't really greet us, and I could barely hear what she was saying when taking our order. The milkshake was pretty liquidy, but that's not too big of a deal, just not my preference. The inside is nice, but im not sure if I'll be back for the ice cream. Again, there's nothing wrong with it, just not my favorite.

They better be paying all their associates top dollar. This place is niceeeeee.

Never had a problem until I came here a few days ago, I got one of their containers of ice cream and it felt like it was just a bunch of ice shavings. The ice cream scoops they serve don't have this same texture though, at all. Not sure what the problem was.

Love this place. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. The water subscription is amazing especially since they have alkaline water.

Great price for the ice cream. Large serving sizes.

I like this place, very nice how you can fill your bottle water. How do we know the alkaline water is not reverse osmosis? Just curious and want to make sure we get what pay for.

There is a closer water n ice by my home but their water is not good, so we drive to this one, ice cream and water are good, staff is friendly and options to save money are good

Healthy water and a pleasant environment, definitely come to this place and try it, you will definitely get the results you want to have a healthy body with Alkaline water.
