Definitely not what I expected, stopping into a pizza joint. More like a fancy sit down restaurant! Lovely atmosphere, staff was friendly and helpful for us first-timers. Pizza was amazing and come out fairly quick. Great vibes all around!

Every time I come here I have to wait 20 minutes. The restaurant staff says the order will be ready in two minutes, but you have to wait there for 20 or 30 minutes. Sometimes if I see an order at this restaurant, I won't even accept it.

Pizza was great but garlic knots weren’t. They were more like a roll not a knot and pricey. Wouldn’t recommend getting the knots, took one bite and didn’t finish.

We love nypd pizza, our favorite is their cheese pizza hot wings and salad, what I like most about this place is they offer a vegan option for my daughter who has severe food allergies to dairy, we appreciate the care in making her pizza. This place is on the pricey side but it’s always a good choice to eat at, the service is always so good here as well.

We are from the Detroit area with our parents being born and raised in New York, so we are very knowledgeable with New York and Detroit style pizza. When they say that it’s in the water it definitely is! This is the best pizza hands-down that we have had in Arizona since we moved her 2 1/2 years ago. Whatever you’re doing, keep on doing it! Why the one in surprise closed I have no idea it must’ve been before our time, but it had to be location because you guys got the best pizza there is. We lived in Washington state for eight years and there was a pizza place called Brooklyn Brothers, where their pizza is our identical to theirs And they had their water shipped in from New York as well. Keep up the great work you have customers for life.

Delicious NY-style pizza that tastes just like it should! Fresh, high quality ingredients. Great service. We appreciated the pieces of dough that were given to our young kids to play with while we waited for our pizza to cook. Highly recommend!
Went in around 6:40 on 8-28. Was seated at a table and was told the waiter would be right with me. A couple with a small child came in right behind me. They were seated at a booth. The waitress immediately took their drink order and filled it. About 10 minutes passed and still no greeting. I watched the couple receive their food and then the waitress began to bus the table next to them. Two guys standing at the counter facing in my direction , not sure what they were doing exactly. But not helping a customer. I was turned around in my seat trying to make eye contact with anyone. Not once did someone look in my direction. Oh, the other couple that was sitting by the door did notice me. They kept looking over at me and I could tell they felt bad. After 20 minutes I got up and left. Had some very good Mexican food.
