Decent salad bar. Some of the food is good. Seniors get lunch and drink for $8. Good deal.Update 10/26/2020 This place is permanently closed. Portillo’s is taking its place.

Terrible service. My order was not made correctly. I asked for a burrito with bacon and ham. Got one with sausage. Sent it back. Waitress brought me the same burrito balled up and with the two items missing just thrown in it. The Lady who owned the restaurant was demanding I let them make me another one instead of not charging me. Will never go there again

This location is permanently closed. It’s going to be torn down eventually. It will become Portillo’s in the near future.

From the first moment you come to that place the stuff gives you a nice feeling. Very congenial crew, it is a happy place to to go out with buddies or with your date. yummy food, skillful chief cook and stuff, honest price and professional service. Highly recommended.

I have to say this is the best food I have ever had at a buffet. everything was so tender it melted in your mouth and it was hot. And the flavor was just like home cooked meals. The only problem that I had was they kept running out of silverware but of course it's Christmas day that's to be expected. And the restroom was not very sanitary. And they had a lot of staff on hand to accommodate their customers. If you get a chance you must go here and try their delicious food I think it was about $14 and some change. But of course it was on Christmas Day I don't know if that's their regular prices.

Loved this restaurant but when we went there on Sunday, it was closed! Then on Monday I saw they were moving everything out of it!!!! I hope they're only going to remodel as they did great business and had good food. Please say it ain't so?!

In Phoenix, we don’t have many options when it comes to American buffets but Old Country Buffet is my preference. When it comes to the restaurant overall I would give 3 stars because since it’s older, it’s easy to get the perception that it’s not clean. I believe some updates could be made and I would encourage the owner to do so. The food itself is good and when compared to other buffets, I would say it has the most “home-made” taste. The staff is friendly overall but customer service is so so. During my last visit, I had the pleasure of meeting “Charity” a sever there and she was so sweet. She offered to get me items so I didn’t have to go get them. I really appreciated her elevated customer service so I made sure to compensate her for the hard work. For the holidays this year, I am considering ordering one of their holiday packages. You pay around $80-90 but you get a ton of holiday favorites and from what my peers have told me, it’s worth it. If anyone else have done this in the past, I would love to get your thoughts.

Went the day after Thanksgiving and there was lots of hot fresh food, a lovely well maintained salad bar and boy was it nice to not have to cook or clean. The only thing I could could say critical is there were no bowl for dessert except the pre-dished items and nothing else around to substitute so it was a walk to get a way too huge plate which I felt embarrassed walking back with to my table with a small blob of molten lava cake.

Certain things were good, like the chicken and potato salad, while other things were just so so. The desserts were better than Golden Corral and they had a nice Mexican spread. All in all it was a nice dinner

The food tastes like it was made in a factory. The food is not as good as it used to be. I had not had an experience this bad in a while at a buffet but I will no longer come here. Golden Corral is much better. Sides are great though

Great for breakfast when you really don't know what you want. They have it all. Friendly staff.

Sinful one

Just went because online said they closed at 9:30pm but after we paid and had a big group, we were told they close in 20 mins. Apparently they closed at 9pm. So we got all the dry leftovers of food that had been sitting there and then they started putting it away so grab it before they take it!?
