I'm never going here again. I walked in and couldn't figure out how to use the stupid machine. No one wanted to help me, so I'll take my business somewhere else.

if you want to be treated like shit i recommend this specific ono hawaiian. when you walk into the place the cashier won’t say a word to greet you and instead will give you the same look that your mom gave you as a kid whenever you did something bad. after you place your order you will have to wait a good 20 minutes before getting the damn rice and chicken. if you’re hungry while reading this review, you know what to do, go to your nearest chick-fila and eat better food without the 20 minute wait and get good service with a nice “my pleasure” when you pick up your order. if your the lady who works at this place as a cashier just know your lucky i forgot to read your name tag, imma be nice unlike you and give you a little star

It was june 30th, 6:30 pm I walked into tbe store and I swear it was 110+F inside of the store.
I mean I just get my food and out but these employees should not ever be working in this condition.

This health risk and unacceptable.
The store should have closed down
If they had AC issue.

The food is good. The taste is extremely consistent.

The only issue we regularly have is the portion sizes very. Sometimes you get a ton, other hardly any. I get a #42, which has 2 proteins, so it's bad when a lot of one and a very little of the other. Then the next time its the opposite.

The food is good, but the staff was extremely rude. When I entered and smiled with a hello the woman behind the register stared at me blankly. No greeting. No smile. No acknowledgement that I had even said anything to her. When I received my food, I said thank you with a smile. Different woman, same blank stare. No you’re welcome. No have a great day. Just this energy of “take your food and get out.” There are many places to eat around here and unfortunately I will never return to this restaurant. We go for the food, we come back for the service. And this location did not make me feel welcome. June 10, 2025 at 11:15 in the morning.

Ordered online 2 meat plate. Barely got any meat. Rude manager insisted I come to the store to get a new one and said she didn’t believe me. I showed up and she said she can “fix it this time” but it’s doordashs problem. They wouldn’t refund me either. She didn’t give nice customer service at all. Probably spit in my food for all I know. Took like 20 mins to get one plate remade. Barely anyone in the store. Never going to this location again

I ordered a BBQ mixed plate.
I got a total of 3 broccoli florets. I guess 3 is better than 2.
The “chicken” is VERY stringy, full of gristle and bone, very chewy, pretty much inedible and doesn’t quite taste like chicken.
The “beef” is the same, stringy, bouncy, inedible and didn’t taste like beef.
The macaroni pasta is thick and gummy, terrible quality pasta.
The rangoons were okay.
And the spicy mustard tasted bad, is it expired? Tasted like it.
Our order came to $78 for a family of 5.
The last time I had Ono was around 2019, and I swore I would never go back. But my spouse had the idea to go here because the LILO & Stitch movie came out.
It’s not even food.
It’s that lab meat. 🤮
Waste of money.
And to top it all off, …they sell Coke, not Pepsi. No good beverage options. Another gag. 🤢

Good food. Large portions. It was clean and didn't smell like dirty socks like every other Ono's ever. I dont like Ono's because of how they smell, but this one in particular I would go back to.
