***WARNING*** today 11/23/25 their teriyaki sauce smelled like cigarettes!! Tasted like an ashtray!! I’m calling their corporate office and AZ department of health first thing tomorrow! Watch the security cameras if you have any. Find out who did this!!

Me and my family went to eat at this location. 91st Ave Northen...
As we are sitting at our table waiting for our food. The FIRE EXTINGUISHER THAT IS SUPPOSED TO ME SECURELY ON THE WALL, FELL ON MY SON!!! THE UNPROFESSIONAL GIRL WORKING AT THE FRONT COUNTER WALKED UP SMILING & GIGGLING. SHE GRABBED THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND WALKED OFF!! NEVER ASKED ME OR MY SON IF HE WAS HURT OR EVEN OKAY.

Nice place and comfortable seating.

My wife and I ordered food, and she got the Chicken Katsu and Teriyaki Chicken. We drove all the way home only to realize they forgot the sauces for both dishes. Really disappointed — without the sauce, it’s not even Teriyaki Chicken.

Went here ordered the Combo Beef and Chicken..all I need to relay is never again! The beef was full of small fatty beef pieces hidden on the botton...the chicken was dry.... the soft drink was good though. The meal got thrown out after I uncovered the beef bits with fat...lots of it! Never again.

WE GOT THE OHANA MEAL AND WE ASKED TO REPLACE THE RICE WITH MAC AND DUE TO THAT THE COOK DID NOT ADD VEGGIES TO THE ORDER, WHICH HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. BUT THE WORST PART OF IT WAS THAT THE FIRE CHICKEN WAS SUPER SALTY, IT WAS INEDIBLE. IN WENT IN THE TRASH. WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND THE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE. SHE DID NOT OFFER A PROPER SOLUTION FOR THEIR MISTAKE. IF YOU GO, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER AND/OR TASTE IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTAURANT. IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENS, BUT IT'S THE FIRST TIME WE LEAVE A REVIEW. AND UNFORTUNATELY, THE LAST TIME WE PICK UP AN ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!

Walked in and walked to the counter, both girls behind the counter to busy on the phone. Never got a hi, hello, welcome, completed my order on the ipad, they continued looking at their phone.

Food was ok, but charging customers for fountain drinks when you have no ice is insane. And the coke was extremely flat. I ordered online so I wasn’t aware until I went in to pick up my order. They should have refunded for the drink. Also I ordered grilled teriyaki chicken breast and was given lemon pepper chicken breast.

When we arrived, we ordered our plates, but they had no ice for their drinks, forcing us to pay for bottled drinks.

Out of the six plates that we ordered, the Katsu chicken was undercooked. I told the cashier that the chicken was not cooked properly, and she said that's how the chicken came. Really?

I then asked if she could switch it for something else, and she said she needed to talk to her manager. The manager then said that she would only change the chicken but not the whole plate. Once the rest of the food comes in contact with other items, it's cross-contamination. I guess your manager needs to redo her food handlers class.

The food is great but the Manger Alejandro he is not nice at all screaming at employees for just simply taking a sip of water, how is that ok ? an employee no matter what should be aloud to take a break for water
