Just had to pick up an order to deliver
Last night nov 16 around 7:30ish I ordered a plate with shrimp and beef the new one they came out… and some fried rice with Cho main gave me a dangerous food poisoning caused me to throw up diarrhea gave me the sweats never had this happen at other locations I’m not sure if food was undercooked or maybe old or just gave me a bad portion but I won’t be coming back at this location ever again

This Panda location is it easy to find for all patrons. The food is always fresh and delicious. The employees are very professional and assistive when making food selections.

Why am I paying $8 for the cheapest part of the order??? Why did I get 3/4 of the side and 1/4 of the entre??? Is that how the Chinese do it??? This has got to be a culture shock fornus Americans to learn about their servings

Disappointed Customer Experience
I recently visited the Panda Express at 59th and Olive, and unfortunately, it was a clear example of how in-person customer service has declined in many fast-food establishments.
Upon entering, there was no greeting, no eye contact, and no acknowledgement. I waited at the counter for exactly five minutes while multiple drive-through and pickup orders were being handled. It seemed as though walk-in customers have become an inconvenience to the workflow.
After six minutes with no recognition, I left without ordering. Sadly, this no longer feels like the exception but rather a trend in how in-house customers are treated.
Panda Express, if in-person guests are an inconvenience, perhaps it’s worth reconsidering the purpose of keeping the dining area open. My business went elsewhere this evening.

It's been two times that I buy at Panda and it happens that the portions are ridiculous in terms of protein, this time I do have evidence that they are stealing my money, that's why I understand that they have fewer people buying and I ah left many to see the minimum amount of meat that my order has

Got all the way home from the drive thru… missing 3/4 chicken entrees. One of the employees was helping me and was nice. He was gonna remake the meal so it’s fresh and I could keep the mess up because THEY made a mistake. Meanwhile another girl tries to throw away my food and yells at the guy. Wow. Not to mention had to wait 10 minutes outside for egg rolls earlier.

Wont have your order ready even though it’s marked ready in the app, make you wait in a spot and then not bring your food. When you go in for it there’s no apology, compensation, or urgency. 0/10
Food is good but the people on drive thru need to be clear and slow down. They mumble and mumble quickly. Consistently difficult to understand.

if you can go to a different panda please do and do not go to this one! For a 10$ bowl I should not have this much chicken this is ridiculous! Can I have some chicken with my rice🤦🏻♀️ they have no customer service at all they are rude! who’s running this place!
