I visited two weeks ago. I came all the way down from Wyoming to visit my family and wanted to go eat at this location because I always ate here growing up and I love panda Express. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the service and proportion. The speed was great but my grandmother had a hard time seeing and got a few eye rolls from some of the employees when she asked for a moment. I understand the frustration of wanting to get food out as someone who works in fast food but the eye rolls were unnecessary.

Pre ordered my husband’s food for lunch, so he could pick it up during his break. He gets there at the pick up time given. He received a text stating the food was ready for pick up. He went in and waited an additional 20 minutes for the food (that was supposedly ready per the text they sent him) because they were still getting the food ready for the day. Had barely anything cooked. They open at 9, at 10am there should be food available for customers. Unacceptable, management needs to step it up.
