Anna was a little rude. This was the second or third time she was like this. There’s no need to be like that if the customer is nice and respectful. 3 stars because at least my order was right.
This location is super busy. That being said every time I go there they are running out of food and you have to wait in line forever while they make more food. Customer service is not very good. Only some of the staff are friendly. They seem like door dashers are more important than regular customers. I love panda express and I wish they had more locations near my home.

Drive-thru even during busy hours, especially during dinner times, drive-thru is quite efficient. They are well known for their orange chicken entree served with rice or noodles. The orange chicken served with noodles is my personal favorite. They have other entrees as well which I am certain will satisfy individual tastes. You can also go inside to eat. Any random time I have been there appears seating is available. All I can say is to try it you'll most likely like it!
