The worst experience.. Walked up to order 2 plates and all the sides… ALL the sides were dry and old. They were to their last few scoops of rice and noodles. Their chicken string bean was old and dry as well. Of course that’s what we wanted. Other items were empty. Employees standing around in back nobody cooking nothing. One of the ladies had to call out all of these items to be made. Lines were long people waiting for their food. Ridiculous.. especially knowing majority of the people will be ordering Rice or Noodles. We stood for 5 mins and paid for food we were still waiting for.. I asked what the wait time was and she said 10 mins.. 10 mins on top of the 10 mins we already waited totally 20 mins. Panda EXPRESS.. do better. Even through shift change you need to be prepared for the rush at all times. Nobody should have to wait this long. Those food dishes shouldn’t have been that empty and dry. Are there timers.. communication.. some type of back up plan? I still can’t believe the wait time and how many people were waiting. I will never come to this location again. I should have learned the first time around and it wasn’t worth a second try. Employees standing around while your food dries out and they were scraping the bottom of the pans to box orders.. so wrong in so many ways.. bad!!!

I come here all the time and get the same thing and I came to order the exact thing I order every time but the lady said oh we cant do all honey walnut shrimp when ive done it every other time and yall lost a customer.

They got my delivery order wrong again. We ordered the new shrimp and beef item and they gave us broccoli beef instead. They also did not include sauces as I requested. Now we are out a delivery fee and tip for food we didn't want. Again. Finished with Panda.

The customer service was repulsive there were three customers including myself I entered first then others came we ordered and for some reason as we were all waiting for veggies the other customers got the veggies left and I said there for about five minutes I had to go up to the window and politely asked if the veggies were ready ..she asked surprised the veggies were finished it took allot to not snap on the girl there or maybe I’m just a Karen idk but I paid just like everyone else.

Terrible service from Mary with the red lipstick was rude! I was waiting for my order to be taken as she looked at me and did not take my order till I walked down by the cashier stand then she walked back and said orders start here. Then she proceeded to give me less portions then the person inback of me. Why are the mexican staff here so stand offish? Definitely needs some diversity or something Definitely won't be back I guess I'll go to jack in the box!
