The worst staff I have encountered at appendix Express by far

Fresh and hot. Always a great value

None of the workers had gloves on handling food. When I approached what looked like the manager who was on the register shrugged it off. Come guys you're working with food and serving it. I lost my appetite.

Wanted to try Panda Express in the US coz their food is a hit or miss in the PH. Ordered orange chicken and shrimp walnut. It was okay. I hoped it would make me understand why Panda Express is big in the US but I still did not. Well, still a good meal tho.

I eat panda often, but this panda was no good. Rice was dry and overcooked and my stomach hurt all day afterwards

Food was some of the worst Panda Express I have had and the service just didn’t seem like they had it together at all.

It's inside the mall and gets very busy. The staff were super nice and trying g to help us get discounts and build out meals to be cheaper. Due to volume, the food is fresh, but it also runs out quickly of common items. Kids love eating here.

I ordered small honey walnut shrimp that cost almost $8 and the portion was disappointing. I was shocked to see how many shrimps came in this order. Please change your portion size to a more reasonable amount. I will never order this again.

These people are thieves I pay 28.49 for 2 entrees plates and they give you very little for what you paying I didn’t get full so I went and ask for chicken teriyaki small box. And no they wanted to charge me 5.73 here in this location I’ve going in the locations of California and it’s 1.25 for a small box chicken teriyaki really bad customer service they even laught at me when I told them that I hope the manager fired this people I will recommend to go so where else. ??‍♀️?

I was hoping they had unsweetened tea. They didn't. The girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful and told me Panera had teas. This location also had the Panda plush for sale. I live in California and my location hasn't had it for years.

If I could give ZERO STARS! I would, and you could forget about reporting your staff to corporate because they don't care either! I called corporate to your entire shift that worked around 7:40 pm and the little skinny young man with red curly hair and thick glasses proceeded to start closing, while my food was still cooking he stood on top of the stove slapping around a dirty dish rags dripping dish water in my food while it was cooking while the other staff continued to watch him laughing in amusement! Then I made your staff aware of what he was doing and her reply was "no he didn't do that, we don't do stuff like that" WHEN I WATCHED HIM MORE THAN 5 MINUTES!I end throwing my food away, just couldn't bring myself to eat what you had dirty dish water dripping in! Your entire staff should be fired! There was vent dust and debris dropping in my food as he stood on top of the stove, over my cooking shrimp.I called corporate to report him, but they hung up in my face after I waited 40 min to file a complaint. As soon as I mentioned "complaint" I was hung up on. So take your chances with being poisoned here if you want. I won't be back!
