Panera Bread

Grabbed breakfast here. Got a ham, egg & cheese on ciabatta bread and a cup of coffee. I entered and there were 4 tablets to place your order, of which only 1 worked. I waited for the two young ladies in front of me to place there order and placed mine, grabbing a pager to alert me when my food was ready. Food was pretty fast and was ok. It could have used about 9 more paper thin slices of ham; It had 2. Coffee was very good.

I ordered a grilled cheese for my child and they gave us mac & cheese instead; if you have a child you know that this can be make or break for a meal. We got the Mediterranean salad and they put the dressing container right in the middle of the hummus. They were busy but this is no excuse for bad workmanship and poor management. They need to hire more than teenagers.

Panera has literally gotten rid of the most delicious item on their menu, the walnut chicken salad sandwich! Why? It was was the best thing you offered. I'm so disappointed.

Horrible customer service!Never again!!!Just don’t go there they will ruin your day! I was there today to order 2 cob salad and 2 coffee so as I knew the cob salad with no meats it just with boiled eggs but when I received my order and opened the bag there was meat in it so I put it back in the bag and went back in there to request replacement without meat so the lady told me I’m correct it should be without meat so she ask me to keep my first order and they’ll bring me a new one without meat as they don’t take it back so I said thank you and stepped aside waiting for the replacement! Suddenly the Fat whale lady came out and told me she will take the bag from me and theywill just remove the meat from it and then return it back to me so I was shocked like what!!! They already asked me to keep it and they will bring me a new one! So I was frustrated and told her to cancel my order I don’t want it anymore! She was so rude and big fat pitch with zero customer care!I

Became severely ill from a sandwich here, upon inspection the meat was severely undercooked. Took a picture, contacted the health department, didn't hear from Panera for the three days I was out of commission and lost work. Panera refuses to take responsibility. Don't risk it.

Ordered the autumn squash soup. It was so steaming hot I couldn’t eat. Sat there for 30minutes attempting to get the soup cool enough to eat, still had steam, had to pack it up and take it home. Someone is going to get hurt badly especially if they accidentally spill even a small amount on themselves let alone take a small taste. Be careful everyone.

Ordered the broccoli and chicken bowl what I received was nothing like the picture or description. What I received was A LOT of rice, not stated on the menu, and a few pieces of chicken. The manager did replace it with salad but I had to stand at the counter and wait 7 minutes for her to show up while my friends were eating their lunch. The man clearing the tables was the best part of my lunch. He was personable and efficient.
