Ordered the autumn squash soup. It was so steaming hot I couldn’t eat. Sat there for 30minutes attempting to get the soup cool enough to eat, still had steam, had to pack it up and take it home. Someone is going to get hurt badly especially if they accidentally spill even a small amount on themselves let alone take a small taste. Be careful everyone.

Ordered the broccoli and chicken bowl what I received was nothing like the picture or description. What I received was A LOT of rice, not stated on the menu, and a few pieces of chicken. The manager did replace it with salad but I had to stand at the counter and wait 7 minutes for her to show up while my friends were eating their lunch. The man clearing the tables was the best part of my lunch. He was personable and efficient.

Just signed up for sip club, went to enjoy a beverage and some lunch, this is what was in the bottom of my salad!!! Huge Bug-I'm literally heaving and almost lost it!! disgusting!!! Cancelling everything!!

always having issues here with missing items or wrong items today’s issue was they gave out my food to the wrong person which didn’t bother me, there’s a hair in my salad and store is closed no refund :/
Visited for lunch on a Monday. Bread seemed like day old. salad portion seemed very small and hardly filled the dish. Left disappointed and hungry. Will not return. Better restaurant choices out there.

Stopped by for iced tea. It was delightful surprise when I was told there were free refills. Places in malls don't usually give refills. I hope to visit this mall and Panera again next time I am in Arizona.
