We don’t usually order pizzas from this brand, but a coupon was left at our door, so we gave it a try on New Year’s Eve and it was a bad experience. First time ordering online and from this store, my order went wrong. A link about the order was sent to my phone, but it would not pop up the order details. My husband went to pick up the order and I knew the order was wrong when we opened the boxes. I called the store and they told me that was what they saw from their end, so they refused to do anything. I went to papa John’s.com and logged into my account, the weird thing was it wouldn’t show my order details about the pizzas except the Pepsi (see the screenshot). Of course, I contacted the customer service and they were not being helpful getting the issue resolved either. One of the associates told me that the website was updating and asked me me log out and log back in later. Nope, still not showing my order details about the pizzas.
Will not order from papa John’s again, at least not from the website!! Dominoes is better, because they never got my order wrong and more ingredients in the pizzas.

Got a create your own papadilla- I did ranch sauce on it with jalapeños and bell pepper- it was delicious and was ready in like 12 minutes or something super fast!

Ahh, i love this place and hate to say anything negative, but worth sharing so they know. The last 2 times we ordered, we got the NY style pizza. Idk if it's just this style? But last time, it had like ZERO sauce. So I was like hmmm okay maybe that's just how this kind is made. So this time, I selected "extra sauce" when ordering and the same exact thing. Hardly any sauce at all. In fact, I think there's less than last time ? so plz plz up the sauce just a tad? ? it tastes like just cheese and dough. Otherwise, it's always been fantastic! Have ordered from here for years.
ALSO - to the ppl leaving bad reviews due to delivery fees and cost. MAKE DINNER AT HOME. We are recovering from a pandemic. Yes, costs are high. But they do NOT hide them in any way, shape, or form. It literally says prices online. SO if ur calling to order (silly af. No coupons or specials? Hello?) and you don't ask the total, that's a you problem.

One of the best Papa John’s in the area. Food is very consistent and tasty. We usually go for pickup and the staff is very friendly. Love the app which makes ordering very easy and shares the status of my order. Thanks for the great service!!
I pull up to the parking lot and a guy walks out of the store. Guy picks up a light cigarette butt off the parking lot floor, takes a puff or two and walks back inside. When I get inside store, that guy was the employee putting pizzas in boxes. I walked in right after he did so I know he didn't wash his hands either. This place is seriously disgusting.

$56 for delivery of a large pizza and wings! Ridiculous! It's not a dine in restaurant, it's not gourmet pizza. You don't get staff that's happy to be working here. Everything is average. I will not be buying any more unless prices come down. Just crazy.
I tried ordering a large pepperoni pizza. The guy says would you like to try the special for 13.95? I said sure. They add on a automatic delivery fee and then they want to charge a additional tip for the driver. I asked what is the 5 dollar delivery fee for? He said oh the driver doesn't get that so the 13.95 pizza went to 25 dollars with a delivery fee and tip? That is just stupid!!! SCAM!!
