I would suggest trying literally anywhere else. Not only did we wait an hour and a half for our food (and my boyfriends meal was barely warm by the time we got it) but after eating HALF of our mediocre food it made us both sick.

This is by far the worst pizza in Arizona. The Lasagna was not good. The Hawaiian pizza was made with cubes of ham and canned pineapple. It is time for the owners to wake up and fix this restaurant, it has been here for years making ppl happy. Not any more! If the owner reads this and you want to fix this place my advice is free.

Yikes. Awful. Got the Cheese Ravioloi with Meat Sauce and the Basil and Tomato Garlic Bread. The ravioli was essentially flavorless - tasted like the sauce was dumped out of a can. But the basil and tomato garlic bread was worse. I was hoping for fresh basil, but should have known better… But even if it had included that, it would have been about the worst garlic bread I've ever had. Can something be stale and soggy AND almost devoid of flavor, all at once? Yes it can. This sad excuse for an Italian side dish was covered in oily, cold, flavorless melted cheese with a few chopped tomato pieces on top, and sprinkled with dried basil. No garlic. About 30 cents worth of food for over $5. Had it been even halfway edible, I wouldn't have minded… But this was clearly old bread (or just very poorly, cheaply made bread). Never again.

The new owners have raised the prices. They used to have carry out specials on pizza that were fairly priced for the product quality. I used to order from them quite frequently. Now it is overpriced to the point that I feel ripped off for what I am getting. I will no longer order from them. If they do not change they will go belly up.

When I called to order the cashier was nice and the delivery guy was nice as well. Unfortunately the food was not good. I'm being honest, its a menu of quality than quality. The pizza was bland and the cheese was like rubber and the pepperoni made it oily and cheese taste even more weird. The wings were bland and tough to chew, the mozzarella sticks were obviously packaged and were no good, the fried cauliflower was good for the first bite then had a strange after taste and the ranch was very watery [don't know how that happened]. The soda they didn't make so it was good. Sad to say will never order here again and won't recommend it.

I went in there Saturday afternoon and noticed the two gentlemen were in the back talking and messing around. I yelled hello and no response I waited for about 3 minutes and despite the smell being really nice I'm not going to waste my time for poor service. Just walked out while the two guys in the back were still messing around. I guess they value social time more than good customer service

Took a little long to make poutine fries but everything my party tried was fantastic. I ordered the Papa's Famous Italian Beef and was thoroughly impressed.

Great food, friendly staff and a rich menu. We tried the pizza and the spaghetti for our first time. Can't wait to try the Chicago style sammies. We will be back.

We order here on a regular basis because we live right across the street. Italian beef is always a winner. The pizza is hit or miss. It's like they need some type system/equipment to measure the sauce and the cheese. Once in a while the pizza is great, plenty of sauce, cheese and toppings. Other times the pizza is lacking all of the above. Consistency has always been an issue in my opinion at Papa Sam's.

New owners and expanded dining area! We were jonesing for pizza and wings on a Friday night and thought we'd get take out from Papa Sam's. I had no idea they'd expanded into the suite next door so we ate in. So first off, the wings were huge (I hate anorexic wings)! Garlic-parm and traditional Buffalo sauces were good and they didn't skimp on the suace, celery or ranch cups. I'm not usually a fan of white-sauce pizzas, or really of chicken on my pizzas, but the wife wanted to try the Chicken Carbonarra pizza. They loaded it up with toppings (including thick-cut mushrooms) and then the Alfredo sauce used instead of a tomato sauce was killer! This was the juiciest white-sauce pizza I've ever had. We'll be be back to try the more traditional pies, and I'm also anxious to have an Italian Beef.
