Ordered boneless chicken biryani for togo and it was tasteless and not fresh at all and chicken tasted mild and had stomach upset after eating. Never gona order again

I went to this place on a Wednesday afternoon with a group of 6 people with very high expectations..but to my surprise, there was not a single person in the whole restaurant..not even a fly...after around 5 mins..one person came..we asked him of the restaurant is open..he said yes and thn went inside and didn't come back for another 10 mins..we all sat there like fools and ended up leaving the place in search of another option. Please think twice before making any plans to visit this place.

Ordered to go from here and got the Paradise Special Dum Biryani & the curry leaf chicken appetizer.
The boneless chicken pieces in the biryani were good. The rice had some kind of dostinct oily flavour. Felt like the oil they used to make this biryani has been reused multiple times.
The curry leaf chicken appetizer was more like a chicken curry than an appetizer and i could taste no curry leaf flavor in it. I even got a hair in the appetizer. I request the owners to make sure their chefs use hair nets, which is a very basic hygiene measure 🙏🏻

Ordered chicken 65 and boneless chicken Dum biryani, both were horrible chicken 65 was tangy and for biryani they put rice on same chicken 65 and served it to us in to go box for dine in. Never coming back or will recommend to anyone. The worst part was the price on the bill was more than what was stated in menu.

I had high hopes, but this was a major letdown. The biryani was nowhere close to authentic — it tasted more like plain curry mixed with rice rather than a proper layered biryani. Completely lacked the flavor, aroma, and texture you expect. Definitely wouldn’t recommend trying it. Very disappointing.

I asked to eat in, they packed to go, no ultilsles, had to wait 10 minutes for a ultilsles and ask, no napkins, food was nothing like thier pictures I ordered chicken Bryani, no lime no eggs very soggy and mild. Awful. I can only assume it was the manager on his phone the entire time. That really made it a distracting experience, I really don't want to hear about the applicants while I'm eating from a togo bag with my hands like an animal. This is why I asked why I should Tip? I left a nice one for awful service.
It was a good experience here.. we celebrated my brother's birthday treat here. Staff allowed us to do cake cutting. Service was excellent 👌

Me and my friends were harassed at this location. The owner used racist comments. Food quality and quantity both were disastrous. Chicken was stale and old. I would like to report this matter to franchise owner

Please do not order from here and waste your money. I have ordered goat dum biryani and chicken majestic and both are worst. They put chicken dum biryani rice with chicken pieces ans served with couple of goat pieces. When I am ordering goat dum biryani though the price is high than chicken I expect goat pieces not chicken. Coming to chicken majestic i have never seen a worst chicken majestic like this in any other Indian restaurant other than here it is full of oil and they just fried chicken pieces in pieces or egg omelette and served it. I have literally paid around $33 for these 2 items and they don’t maintain a minimum responsibility to make good food. When I called the restaurant and explained my concern they didn’t give a shit about it.
