What a nice little hidden gem. My wife and I shared a pork Banh Mi, sweet potato fries, egg rolls, and a Thai tea all for $27. If you're in the mood for a really good Banh Mi, check this place out. Peaceful with a good vibe.

I was on lunch break and was craving banh mi. GPS pulled this place up as closest, I ordered the thit nuong (grilled pork) with the cream brûlée milk tea with boba; it was amazing! The owner was nice, the vibe of the building was relaxed, and aesthetically vibrant. They have kpop playing which I am a fan of.
