Called in an order told it would be ready by 6 pm, come in and told it would be another 15 minutes . Kitchen ran out of white rice ( how does that happen at an Asian place) and teriyaki sauce. Manager and chefs okaying around and laughing not getting food out. Manager rude to guests. Poor cashier having to tell people coming in that it will be 39 minutes to get their food. What the heck. Other patrons having to come back because food was completely missed in their order. Never had an experience like that at any Pei Wei.

I've eaten here many times with no issue. However, the other day I ordered the curry chicken and it was the spiciest thing i had ever tasted in my life. I have had curry before and it was not extremely spicy. I do not know if I've just never truly had 'spicy food' but just wanted to point it out. for the record, they do say it's spicy, but I got a stomachache and my mouth felt weird for 2 hours after only 6 bites of the meal.

We came here on a Tuesday night. They told us while we were waiting in line food was taking 30 minutes. We appreciated them telling us but didn't want to wait so we walked over to Chipotle. We decided to return 2 nights later on Thursday. We ordered pot stickers and they came out within 5 minutes. They were not hot at all. We waited an additional 30 minutes and watched them bring food out to people who ordered after us. After waiting a total of 35 minutes and not getting our food, we asked for a refund and they gave it to us no problem. Tables were not getting cleaned in a timely manner. It will be quite a while before we go back to any Pei Wei. It's too bad, I remember being impressed in years past going to any Pei Wei.

I was a little upset when I came to pick up my order and it wasn't ready, which is understandable this time of year, but I had a family at home waiting to eat. I have to give a shout out to Sam though, his professionalism, kindness, understanding, and awesome customer service put myself and other waiting for their orders, at ease. You guys need to give this guy a serious raise, he's amazing, has a bright future, don't lose him. We need more young men like him today.....

Came in on a busy saturday night and was attended with a very friendly smile from Mounia she said her name was! She helped me and my family find exactly what we were craving, she recommended so many great options and they were all so delicious. She attended us like it was her passion, I wish there was a way to tip her electronically since like probably most customers wasn’t carrying cash. Overall absolutely great experience, was worth the try and will be coming to this location only now.
We are eating here tonight. The place was mess. Every table in here was dirty. I cleaned mine as well as another customer. I told one of the girls she looked around and said I know and did nothing. We won't be eating here for a while. We have literally been coming here since they're opened and it's never been this bad. It's not even busy.

Stopped for lunch. There's a weird smell when you walk in. Food was lukewarm at best Noodles were not hot and veggies were cold and not well seasoned. Server was good.

Take out order had 2 items both chicken based. Taste was almost great on one paired with a nice crunch like cook on its texture overall not a problem but the other dish was too peanut(y) and not enjoyable to eat at all. Overall takeout service was alright and was prepared quickly. 6.5/10
