i went about 2:30 to get a carry out order,i(no one in the place) ordered firecracker chicken with brown rice..usually pretty good..the chicken wasnt crispy as it alway is.(probably been sitting) and i got fried rice instead of brown rice..i hate egg so i picked some chicken out which wasnt very good anyway and just thru the rest out,,i didnt have time or the desire to drive back..i go to this location about3-4 times a month and lately its hit or miss..very disappointing..
Dirty outdoor tables. Thigh meat, meh. The server barely acknowledged when I mentioned the table condition. Food is mediocre. Won't be back. Over priced.
This place desperately needs better management. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It’s incredibly unhygienic. I was sitting at the bar and actually watched a young girl drop my food on the floor and put it right back in the pan like nothing happened. I was so disgusted, I just got up and left.
Who knows what else goes on behind closed doors if that’s what they’re doing out in the open. I’ll be contacting the health department because this is unacceptable. Very disappointing and honestly just gross.
There was an error when I tried using my e-mail offer. On top of that, I wasn't familiar with the Pei Wei app. Thankfully, an employee by the name of Haley Stewart was very helpful in sorting out the issue. I really appreciate her help, considering not too many young workers would be nice & helpful nowadays.
José was friendly upon arriving for my food, didn’t have to wait everything was ready and the food was still piping hot and so delicious! I will def be ordering again in the near future!
Good food and friendly staff. We love this location!
Ordered take out - picked it up to bring home. The crab wontons were cold to the point we couldn't eat them. Unfortunately the rest of the entrees were cold too. Tried warming up in the microwave but the whole meal was just awful! Threw out everything. $45 for nothing. Last time we order from here.
I felt that this place was ok. My wife got gluten-free bourbon chicken that did not come out so well. We felt that it was bland and did not have care on how the chicken was cut up and rice was little hard.
In the quiet embrace of Pei Wei, where flavors dance like whispers on the tongue, I encountered a beacon of warmth and kindness named Mounia. Her smile, as radiant as the morning sun, lit up the room and made every guest feel like the most important person in the world. Mounia's attentive service and genuine care transformed a simple meal into a memorable experience. She navigated the bustling restaurant with grace, ensuring that every dish was served with perfection and every request met with a heartfelt response. Truly, Mounia's presence at Pei Wei is a testament to the art of hospitality, making each visit a delightful journey.
I ordered a few items including lettuce wraps in which the meat was burnt and tasted terrible. Ended up throwing it away including the Orange Chicken. I will not return to this location.

Ordered take out, got there said they had no order even with me showing it on the online app. Told me it would be an hour I might as well leave. Terrible customer service and rude people working there. Oh and also they still charged my card. So sad as I do like their food.
Called in an order told it would be ready by 6 pm, come in and told it would be another 15 minutes . Kitchen ran out of white rice ( how does that happen at an Asian place) and teriyaki sauce. Manager and chefs okaying around and laughing not getting food out. Manager rude to guests. Poor cashier having to tell people coming in that it will be 39 minutes to get their food. What the heck. Other patrons having to come back because food was completely missed in their order. Never had an experience like that at any Pei Wei.

Slow as hell. 30 min+ for a walk in order when it's "not too busy" according to Google. The food was delicious tho so if you have time to wait.

I've eaten here many times with no issue. However, the other day I ordered the curry chicken and it was the spiciest thing i had ever tasted in my life. I have had curry before and it was not extremely spicy. I do not know if I've just never truly had 'spicy food' but just wanted to point it out. for the record, they do say it's spicy, but I got a stomachache and my mouth felt weird for 2 hours after only 6 bites of the meal.
We came here on a Tuesday night. They told us while we were waiting in line food was taking 30 minutes. We appreciated them telling us but didn't want to wait so we walked over to Chipotle.
We decided to return 2 nights later on Thursday. We ordered pot stickers and they came out within 5 minutes. They were not hot at all. We waited an additional 30 minutes and watched them bring food out to people who ordered after us. After waiting a total of 35 minutes and not getting our food, we asked for a refund and they gave it to us no problem. Tables were not getting cleaned in a timely manner. It will be quite a while before we go back to any Pei Wei. It's too bad, I remember being impressed in years past going to any Pei Wei.
