I don’t understand how the manager Lindsey is still a manager there’s so many complaints about her it looks bad on Peter piper period do better with your employees obviously she’s not improving she needs to go this is sad she’s very rude

Good selection of games relative to most Peter piper locations however the games are often out of service and it can take over a week for them to be serviced and brought back online. Disappointing especially to kids who have their favorite games. Also, Peter piper struggles generally to honor its promotions and provide customer care. I filled out a survey that was supposed to be in exchange for free game play and no credit or voucher was received.

Came here with my kids for my son's graduation from BarcelonaElementary, and the senny front desk lady was very rude and dismissive with our tickets that we were told could be redeemed. We had enough for 150 tokens, and the sticker did not say one per child 🙄, but senny said we could not for no reason. Even leaving the guy at the front to say I got you and waited for her to leave to give us our tokens. Cudoes to that guy! And for senny, she definitely needs to be retrained, or you could lose more business! BARCELONA ELEMENTARY STICK WITH GREAT SKATE they are way better with better customer service.

Restaurant is packed with a school function at 6 pm and there is one cashier. We’ve waited over 30 minutes just to order. We love the pizza so we waited. Ridiculous wait.

Manger that was there was not veary friendly person😩 most of the games are missing balls or just did not work properly complete waist of money how ever the food we got was good

Just so everybody knows, If they write your name down for messing up on a order, that credit only lasts 30 days. They failed to let me know this. The general manager said unfortunately we can not replace the order even though they messed up a order of mine. The regular garlic cheese bread had so much cheese, I couldn't eat it. The manager said she can replace it or write my name down for a credit and I didn't have time to wait for another 1. I would rate 0 if I can.

Peter piper had always been a good place. I use to go three when they had the monkey with the band playing on the stage and her I am at 43 still going!!
