Nice remodel to their parking lot but this is not like when we were grown up. Quality of food and portion have gone down. Service is not good as well they were a bit rude. Plus side they do have an ATM on site.

I went last night, it took them almost 10 minutes to take my order, then when I was trying to get some extra sauces, I was waved off by the girl as she was in 2 phone, which appeared to be more important than the customer. When I finally got my food, I ordered a sea food combo and some other items. Not one piece of the sea was hot, lukewarm at best. My fries were the only thing hot. This was the worst experience I have ever had since coming to Pete’s and I’ve been coming over 30 years!!

Been visiting this location for DECADES and it has sadly gone downhill. Service has become lax, along with food quality. Had to air fry the fries at home because they weren't even close to fully cooked. Go to Avondale, Central, or 44th street. Won't be back 😕

Has always been my favorite since I was little 7 year old girl now im 25 years old ive never had bad experience Pete fish and chips has never ever let me down it my family favorite as well as my dad's who has passed away everytime I go there I always get sad and remember going as kid with my dad..their sauce is something I've never forgot the taste of since I was kid! That's the most special thing about them is there sauce (and burritos! Wish i got some but this time didnt cuz i was scared they would burn total back fire on me for not trusting) the only thing that sucked was I only got 1 sauce partially full and forgot to ask for extra sauce but they never taste the same like the little containers but overall i cant complain and got be grateful!! truly made my day today!! I was scared I was going to get burnt fish since everywhere else has been burning my food. They are worth every single 1$ I'll never stop being loyal customer I wish and hope their family business could be all over America I would drive all the way from Colorado just to get taste! So many people are missing out! My friends in colorado don't even know what I'm talking about. Lol I send good energy and blissings upon this business may the money of cash flow keep coming continuously and more then ever! 🙏 ♥ (best ice and sodas ever straight from source) (best chicken nuggets for kids) (Great prices!)

Worst service and food ever!! Kids not paying attention and playing around not doing their job. Half of my order is missing and nobody to complain to. They got their friends in there and don’t work or pay attention .there’s more playing around then working. When ordering she kept rudely saying,what what what! Then rushing me. I asked her to read back my items because items are missing. She was rude and annoyed because I asking her if she got certain items because the items were not showing in the screen. The girl cashier running off not listening to what I ordered and touching their face and nose every 5 seconds. Waited in line for thirty minutes then another 10 minutes at the window while my food sat at the counter until the girl finally came back. Spent $63 and The food is horrible!! not at all like it use to be. The fish is a tiny little thing and tastes horrible like the oil is old. We ended up throwing everything that we did get away in the garage because it’s so bad. I will never go back there again

This is not real fish . It's like a horrible version of long john silver..It is processed/ frozen bland fish patties from the freezer. I laugh because you just put the patty in the grease.Fish should be fresh,battered, then fried... NOT PROCESSED.
