The food is usually good. Usually. But the people that work a business really do have a lot to do with the type of business it is. The employees here are always rude, short and off putting. Every time I come here and I am so mad about it. Each employee I have dealt with there over the past 5 years have been bad, more then rude and very disconcerted with the type of customer service you give?? It seems as though the people here genuinely do not care about your order or how you make someone feel. They never use the words please, thank you or cya next time; nothing. It is sad. I am 45 and have been coming here for years! It make me very sad to see how the service type and model has changed and gotten to be so bad. I am a westsider. If Mandy’s was still open I would go there. For now I will stop coming here, I will drive to ole Avondale and just go to Ed’s.

Don't forget to check your order..THEY SKIMP YOU THE SAUCE WHEN IT STATES ITS INCLUDED!!!! Even when you tell them not to forget the sauces that are included they still manage to "FORGET". SMH THEY NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT or at least have someone to check quality control. Horrible service. This is not the first, second or third time they did this to my order, thanks for the experiences. YOU DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! Just money.

About once a year I forget why it's been so long since I've been to Pete's, I go then I remember. Takes at least 5 minutes per car in the drive through, fish looks like it's just frozen squares from the grocery store, don't fit in the tartar sauce container that you have to pay for even though you bought fish. Fries are just terrible. They put all your food on a paper plate then put that in a bag, not very good for traveling. Soda was fine but they didn't give me a straw.

OMGThe story goes Pete's has been in ARIZONA 77 YEARS How ?.Fish was nothing more than high school cafeteria fish CARD BOARD..THE CHIPS ..₩•♡₩●》○♡ soggie, old , cold , VERY OLD French fries from old freezer burnt fries.I really don't understand how people would enjoy such a place. NOT DOWN HOME. FRESH FISH OR CHIPS.OHH and the special sauce . Ketchup water hot sauce just a small % of each ingredientThe out door seating very uncomfortable with vagrants begging for money. And we'll you know the area. DRUGS.Really am speechless about this place .Would not WILL not visit any other PETES FISH AND CHIPS.I am really bitting my tongue through this review.LONG JOHN SILVER .. IF U WANT A TRUE VINEGAR FISH HUSH PUPPIES AND CHIPSDONT BE FOOLED..
I saw 12 news of a man going into the restaurant and shooting another person. Why doesn't this restaurant have armed security or something this should clearly show that they don't care for their customers !!

I am a long time Pete's lover. I had my first date at Pete's with my significant other and today trying to rekindle the first date I bite into plastic on my crabbette =( I choked on it and tried to spit it up once I realized. Disappointed visit and I never felt unsafe eating here til

Same food menu as when I first visited them in the 60s. Shrimp are smaller than they were back then but still the same breading. Hamburgers reminds me of Whataburger when they first came to AZ. Best of all they are affordable!
