It was horrible. The Cahier was so focused on his cell phone that he didn’t even notice I was at the register.Asked for three sandwiches and all were wrong. He didn’t give a damn about me or what I ordered. Got home and had to dress what should have been in the sandwiches. Bread was soggy. Flavor was good but that’s about it.

Tried this place for the first time.Had the Chicken Omg 8in sub.The flavor was good. But the portion size was too small.With tax the sandwich came out to 15.28.That is very pricey. For that price I would expect a sandwich to be a lot bigger.I literally ate the whole sandwich in 4 bites.They need to offer a sandwich combination with fries and a drink for that price.Other competitors like Outta Bronx have better prices and just as good of subs if not better.

Yesterday wasy first time dining at PhilaDeli. I am from PA and finding a good cheese steak around az can be a little tough sometimes. So I figured I'd give this place a shot. I have to admit they did not disappoint! I had their original cheesesteak with whiz. I feel like it's really hard to replicate the ones created in Philly but this cheesesteak was the best I've found thus far out here in Phoenix!!! To top it off I noticed they had birch beer in the cooler and if your from PA you'll know all about birch beer. I was very impressed and will definitely be back for more! The lady at the counter was very pleasant and talkative....I ordered it to go but they minutes I waited was a pleasant experience!

First time here with my wife and we absolutely loved it. They have real cheese wiz, fun options if you’re feeling frisky and the owners are super nice.Clean place, delicious food, Rocky is on the wall…what else could you ask for? 10/10 will def be back.Had the OMG, fries and their homemade cheesecake and it was all amazing!
This place missed the mark for several reasons! First of all, expensive and portions were skimpy! Can get a better, twice the size Philly sandwich from Jersey Mike's or Charlie's Steakery for couple $ more! Sandwich is offered with a choice of cheese, but quietly added an upcharge for Cheese Whiz without mentioning. Ordered large order cheese bacon fries for $7.49, portion was chintzy, fries were served in a small paper boat and were over cooked, possibly reheated. Dined in, sandwiches were served wrapped tight rather than proudly served open faced, the hoagie roll was not crispy and chewy, was simular to a hamburger bun. Nothing in the flavors or presentation stood out! The ONLY thing that stood out was the regret!

It was empty at lunch time on Friday which meant my food was out in less than 10 minutes. I was a little concerned by the lack of people but it was only 11:30. The customer service was good. The quality of the food was amazing. I’m so glad I went in. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with cheese whiz and it was amazing. So far my favorite in arizona by a mile! Price was worth every bite!

I ordered the steak sandwich with pepperoni and mozzarella they forgot the pepperoni and instead of taking sandwich back to fix brought me a take out mini cup with little pieces of cold cut up pepperoni lmao ? paid 16.00 bucks I should have ask for my money and left however sat there and laughed to myself in dis belief ? never
