Was craving for some pho, I had the combination and I noticed they had short rib. I added the short rib and it was perfect. I waitress notice my cup was empty and she gave me a refill right away.

Went here for lunch from work. Decided to warm up on their soup and try the Thai tea. The atmosphere is calming, just kinda small there's about 8 tables. The soup was filling and the tea was delicious. A spot to visit if you're craving Vietnamese food in the area. The prices are typical for Westgate though.

This is my husband and I’s favorite Vietnamese spot. We come here at least once every other week and even our baby enjoys it there. The food is always a hit, the service is great and the restaurant is clean. 10/10 would recommend

We encountered several issues during our dining experience. Firstly, after waiting for a considerable amount of time, we received incorrect orders. The noodles were switched, and the seasonings from the previous dishes were left on them. Upon returning the food, we received soggy noodles and were still charged for the incorrect orders. Additionally, we witnessed the staff discarding other customers' food while they were still in the process of eating.

The food is not authentic… I ordered hot tea and it was served in a dirty tall glass. The chicken vermicelli was horrible. I will not return or recommend… very disappointed.

The food was delicious and it was very fresh! Nice and Hot! Very tasty! Service was awesome! Keep in mind It is a small restaurant so when coming in with a heavy appetite be mindful...trust the little wait is definitely worth it! Definitely coming back for more. Pho is fresh, the egg roll is nice and lightly crunchy..amazing! You won't be disappointed!

I’ve never had pho before, so I trusted the other reviews on here. I LOVED it! I got pho ga (shredded chicken, noodles, beef broth, etc) and I think it was great for my first time. I dressed it with the mint, limes, but left out the bean sprouts (just don’t like them in general). It was a large portion. My husband got the pho tai tom ga and the goi coun, he said he really enjoyed it and would get it again. We also got the com chien thap cam (fried rice with chicken, pork and shrimp/veggies). Delicious.

It’s a bit expensive but I did delivery, so sometimes that price is more. I felt I got quality for what I paid for either way.

We’re already considering Pho Friday’s ?

The Poki place failed and so with this place. I was excited to see a pho place near my work as Westgate is lacking a solid Pho spot. This location is designed as fast casual not sit down restaurant style - which is fine. But the prices are out ridiculous. If I'm craving Pho, I'll hit up one of my regular spots. Believe I'm being too harsh, check out the pictures others have posted.

I wouldn’t come here for the banh mi. Poorly made, daikon tasted as if it were simply dunked in vinegar, and I kept biting into something hard in the pate (?) I always like cilantro in my banh mi, too, but they left that out. I ordered lemonade with my delivery order, but that was missed.

Awful experience. :( Went for my daughter’s 25th birthday celebration. I ordered the round steak and brisket pho. It did not taste good to me. I agree with a review that was left by another customer that stated that the broth tastes like tapwater. The meat had sour taste to it. I sent the pho back and asked to trade it for the vegetable pho. I was told I could not trade my brisket pho for the veggie, but that I would be given a 10% discount. My daughter is very uncomfortable with confrontation, and since it was her birthday, I let it go. But I did call and discuss the matter with the manager once I was home and he talked over me and argued with me for 5 solid minutes saying that I should have asked to sample the broth before I ordered the beef broth. He said it is not their fault that I didn’t like the broth, and they could not trade it for me after I ordered it. I personally have never heard of a situation where food had to be sent back because the customer could not eat it and was still charged for it. There are other reviews that mention the same situation. There are also replies from the owner, apologizing for the situation and stating that he will talk to his staff and make sure it never happens again. But it did happen again tonight. Definitely not a way to get return customers.
I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because it was clean but very chilly with drafts from the fans and a/c and we were cold the whole meal.

First time ordered here and was impressed with how proper they prepared and packaged the food. The Bun bo Hue is flavorful and delicious. The Special Banh mi with pate is good, the bread is crispy after roasting. The place is bright and clean at good location of Westgate. I understand about the price there but hopefully you could consider about bigger portion of meat with this tier of price. You could promote your banh mi as a combo with drink to be more popular to young population around.
