Quick service and delicious pho

Good local place.
Good food, but every time we go there, service is meh...
We constantly need to ask for silverware/chopsticks, napkins and plates. You would think that should be set up already or bring when they bring out appetizers or entrees.
Also, the last two times, we needed to request for the "veggies" when our Pho arrived...again, thought that was part of it. We enjoy the food, but please work on the service. Atmosphere is ok, just small TVs on.

Pho was tasty. Service was adequate but could be a little more attentive. Unfortunately the dining area needed some cleaning. It appeared some basil/cilantro had been dropped on the floor and the staff was actively avoiding cleaning it up. It only highlighted other minor debris and it stayed that way throughout our entire visit.

Ordered the seafood pho and was very disappointed in the portion size for $20 bucks. Sure inflation is a thing but at least given more noodles. Don’t recommend and I’ll never eat here again.

We ordered Pho, when it arrived to our table, there were no bean sprouts or limes, I asked the server where is the rest of the condiments? He informs us they were out of bean sprouts! I told him it would have been nice to know ahead of time. The shrimp fried rice had 4 shrimp in it for $14 ! Outrageous! We did talk to the manager who obtained some bean sprouts but by that time I was done eating.

Just went here after a long flight and wanted some good Banh mi. This was our second choice but I was sooo disappointed in the food. I spent $35 for two viet ice coffees, two grilled pork banh mis and pork egg rolls. Took a minute to get the food since we got it to go. Nice place it’s clean and the service was good. We got our coffees first, that was not good at all. It tasted like they put French vanilla coffee creamer instead of condensed milk. That was not good. Then we got the food and we left to go eat it on the way home. The eggrolls were good and the fish sauce was nothing to rave about. And to the worst part of this experience was the driest banh mi, I’ve ever had. We took one bite and immediately wrapped it up and stuck out being hungry all the 2 hours way back home. There was no mayo, pate, or pickeled daikon. The pork was flavorless and was not a traditional grilled pork banh mi at all. Very disappointed I wasted that much money for food we ended up throwing away because of how bad it was.

We went for lunch, and the experience was disappointing. The staff member taking our order struggled to understand us, leading to an incorrect order. While the owner did replace the dish, things didn’t improve. At the end of the meal, they didn’t provide a check, so we paid the amount they told us at the counter. Later, after calculating in the car, we realized we had been overcharged for additional dishes. When we called to address the issue, they promised to check and call back but never did. I would not recommend this place.

Poor service doesn't make up for so-so pho. Too much competition out there for us to ever go back.

Little girl was rude and forgot my pho on purpose. Was on her phone the whole time and kept looking up at me to ensure I knew it was intentional. Someone was not raised right.

Went here on a whim to find something different and I was not disappointed. The pho was excellent. I had the beef meatball and brisket pho and chicken potstickers. Everything was delicious and light. Will make sure I put this on my list of places to eat often!

I got takeout a few months ago and thought the food was great. I decided to stop in and eat at the restaurant; I will now NEVER order food from here again. The floors and walls were disgusting. The communal bottles of sauces on the tables had caked on debris and the menus were filthy. Female employee proceeded to eat a snack with her bare hands and then while in the middle of chewing, go and deliver food to a table. I watched her eat multiple times and never wash her hands.
The food is decent but I do not want to see what that kitchen looks like.

The food was great. I got the egg rolls, spring rolls and the cold cut sandwich. Everything was amazing. I'm picky about my bahn mi and the daff sandwich was great. Fresh veggies and bread are key. This place checked both of those boxes. I can't wait to go back and try more.

I really love this restaurant! The broth is clean and tasty, some of my favorite in the valley! I am surprised that the ratings arnt higher, but after reading, I see it’s DoorDash bs!

Is this how you guys run a business?

I ordered through DoorDash for delivery and paid over $115 for our food. I ordered these boba teas. One was supposed to be taro with boba. As you can see in the photos, there is no boba. We also have a cilantro allergy so we made a note twice on the order “NO CILANTRO”. But as you can see per the photo there was cilantro. I called the restaurant to talk to them about it and the woman hung up on me after I explained the issue. I tried calling again and no one answered. My husband called on his phone and she picked up and stated “there is nothing wrong” and hung up the phone. If this is how you treat your customers, I will never be returning here. We have been coming to this restaurant for YEARS and we’ve never had issues like we had today.
