Awful, awful service! We have been going to Picazzo’s for years. My wife went to pick up her pizza and the girl that took the order said they just put it in. Keep in mind it was suppose to be done half hour prior. As she sits there and 15mins pass by my wife checks on the pizza and another girl up front went to check and stated they never put the pizza in the oven. No apologies, absolutely nothing! Picazzo’s use to have high quality service, maybe it’s just this location.

Will definitely be back. This is one of those places where the pizzas and starters/appetizers shine. We got the margherita pizza which had a very nice crust, and the whipped Herb ricotta cheese with toast (was supposed to be Focaccia but maybe they ran out I guess) which was very nice. In fact we just ended up putting the Ricotta on everything haha.

Hi friend & neighbors-I was so happy to find Picazzo’s because I wanted some Italian food that used fresh and healthy made food. I really wanted some fresh seafood so I ordered shrimp and scallops. The dish it came with angel hair pasta then I also ordered my husband lasagna for when he came home from work. It looked so delicious. He said it was great.The shrimp, scallop and pasta came with some strips of vegetables that were cooked to perfection where they were crisp but not overcooked. I liked it where I could pick up the vegetable sticks and eat them up just eating the seafood and not eating the pasta for extra carbs. I’m watching my weight so I didn’t want to have those extra noodles or butter. The seafood was also cooked very well and . The three shrimp and three scallops was more than enough food that satisfied me and I can’t wait to try the other seafood dishes and other dishes on the menu. I really looked at the DoorDash menu for healthy restaurants that I’d be able to order from as I was recovering from surgery, and my husband was caring for me and we weren’t able to cook as much. Just trying things at Picazzo will keep me busy. I want the shrimp& scallop dish again. Great job Picazzo!?

I went to Picazzo's on Sunday 3/10 around noon with my family. We sat down and waited 10 minutes or so for someone to come and take our drink order. The waitress finally came to our table and was unpleasant and friendly the entire time. She got our order wrong and when we told her we were missing a side with a order, she said she would charge us for it. We pulled up the menu and corrected her and told her it should have been included with the food. After that was all situated, we sat there for another 20 minutes, still waiting for drinks to be re-filled. At this point, it felt like the waitress forgot about us. This was my first and last time to Picazzo's. I heard many good things about this restaurant until I tried it out for the first time and was severely disappointed, especially paying $107 for food that was not worth it.. I highly do not recommend eating here.
