Placed delivery order they used doordash who kept my order. It was hard to get ahold of the store and took 12 calls. Finally I had to pick up my order and it was not very fresh. The location was kinda run down and small.

Tried picking up an Uber eats order that was for “wing street” and lady at the counter was trying to send me somewhere else until something popped up din her head and put it together that I was Uber eats…. And guess what.. the order showed up out of nowhere.. now I have to wait an extra 10 minutes or more…

My husband and I wanted pizza, but we were tired of the horrible service and burnt pizza from our neighborhood Little Caesars. We don't expect anything fancy, but we do expect to be acknowledged when we're waiting. And we expect a decent product when spending our money. Our local Pizza Hut did not disappoint. The woman behind the counter who helped us with our pick up order was so sweet and helpful. She greeted us as soon as we walked in, gave our order to us quickly, and was nice to chat with as we were getting ready to leave. We will definitely be back. It's our new neighborhood pizza spot.

The worst place, I hope to God that this business goes bankrupt, I came to pick up an order and they never came out, they don't even have a bell to let them know that we are waiting, but the treatment is disgusting and the time is an abuse, with these people you could send them looking for death, what a disgusting place.

I didn't even want 2 touch the door handle. Gross thing is every food place I go, their windows are never clean, HEY RESTAURANT OWNERS WHY ARE UR WINDOWS SO FREAKIN DIRTY, GREASY, FILTHY!! I KNOW THAT IF UR WINDOWS R DIRTY, THEN FOOD AREA'S DIRTY, GROSS, AND NOBODY CLEANS. ALL THE PLACES I'VE PICKED UP FOOD 2 DELIVER, I WOULD NEVER EAT @, & SOME PLACES HAVE THAT GROSS UNCLEANED FOOD SMELL,...Their parking lot needs to be repaved, totally run down looking, & the whole outsides unkept, dirty looking. They need 2 have a loud chime on their door, cuz they don't acknowledge u when u walk in, I had 2 yell loud 2 get help, & I told the guy who walked in to yell cuz he didn't get help either, & he did, lol

Literally just came. I work from home and came quick on my lunch to get my order. A little simple order that wasn't even correct then the cashier had an attitude saying can you confirm your order. For what? I gave you my name give me my order. My pizza was missing toppings I ordered two topping Italian sausage and pepperoni. No sausage was on it and the wings were literally 3 tiny bits of chicken. Order it was the my hut box and why offer curbside pick up when they don't even bring your stuff out curbside.

I placed order and took over and hour but every time I called in got a rep that transferred me over and over to speak to the store and never was answered, when I finally got my order was missing an item .. total of 18 calls and never spoke to anyone as no one answers from the store. Worst experience ever and will not waste time or money again. Now I have to go down to the store and waste more time to get my refund.
