Doesn’t answer there phone and doesn’t read what the customer ordered and gets the whole order wrong on a 53$ order I’d do my due diligence when the place you work at looks like it’s about to close down id put 0* ifthat was a option and found wood chips on my pizza

Wish I can rate this store in the negative. The order never showed, the manager never calls back. Had to go to the store to get my refund because they won't even pick up the phone even for their customer service center. And this was not my first occurance of this from this store, this is the third time in the last 30 calander days. You know it's a bad store if they won't even pick up for the corporate number. Poorly ran shame on the GM for hiring such bad staff. And this is coming from a former shift manager of one of the busiest pizzahuts in Kansas city. There are certian rules that have to be followed number one on the list always answer the phone no matter how busy you get. Only execption is what is called super bowl slam and that's only during the game when all dedicated phone employees are processing the calls as fast as they can. Shame on this store switching to strictly door dash having your own dedicated drivers ensures customer retention and diffently the abbility to answer one of 6 phone banks in the store.

I recently placed and order I wait the usually time but by then time it came the delivery man was carless with my order I got the big dinner box and when it got here it was just destroyed before I can get to it I asked for to be cancelled and remade but they never remade my order

I was having a crappy day and MARIA who works at the 43rd Ave and Glendale location made my day so much better with her AMAZING customer service, what a sweetheart! Keep it up! PS. She needs a RAISE! :)
Went to pick up my online order and the same employee who I reported last month for being rude and disrespectful answered the window and told me he canceled my order(which never happened I got a email saying it’s ready). I then asked for the store manager name & number to just report him again, and he shut the window in my face. I was going to try to come inside to get the manager myself he then locked the doors… all because he’s taking it personal that I chose to speak up to him for being rude the last time I was there, and he must of seen my first review…. I understand the right to refuse service but to refuse service simply because you are upset I reported you is crazy. I will continue reporting your behavior under a manager who reviews the calls and cameras actually calls me. I don’t care how short handed a store is or how desperate this store might be for employees… this is not one who is representing your business in a professional manner. How can you make picking up food such a bad experience????

This place is in a questionable area. The lady that was working there was high as heaven. Her face was so close to the cash register, then she was walking soooooo slow, a snail would pass her up. The pizza was hot but, it was dry as HELL! My pizza was ready when ,I got there. I think she was the only person working there.

3 stars, 1 for the wings, 1 for the brownies, and 1 for the middle of the artisan pizzas lol. I got the pepperoni one and the Margherita tavern pizzas. Flavors were really good, especially on the Margherita pizza, I think the garlic, pesto, and grape tomatoes helped the squares not be too hard...in the middle of the pizza. Pepperoni one also had great flavor, just the pepperoni. We could only eat the middle of the pizzas. The crust was crunchy, not crispy. Some of the bottom of the crusthad hard peices that fell off or tasted burnt. Absolutely none of the so called sweet marinara. Barley any cheese at all. Brownies were great, wings were good, but out of a $52 order, that's unacceptable.
