I visited here while Doordashing. This locations rarely has enough people working there and they are very abrupt in their approach to customers because they are so overwhelmed. The pizza was hot but did not smell good at all. Upon delivery, I made sure to let the customer know.

The deliver guy left my food outside of my garage in the floor he not even ring my doorbell my daughter was outside in her car and he didn’t said anything just left the food in the floor, unfortunately I didn’t take a pictures, but i didn’t like that!! That’s not right!!

Ordered 2 pizzas and wings at 6:20 pm they arrived cold at 7:55 , the store is 5 minutes from our home , called the number and rang 30 times and hung up 3 x Called corporate, get yourselves together people

Doesn’t answer there phone and doesn’t read what the customer ordered and gets the whole order wrong on a 53$ order I’d do my due diligence when the place you work at looks like it’s about to close down id put 0* ifthat was a option and found wood chips on my pizza

Wish I can rate this store in the negative. The order never showed, the manager never calls back. Had to go to the store to get my refund because they won't even pick up the phone even for their customer service center. And this was not my first occurance of this from this store, this is the third time in the last 30 calander days. You know it's a bad store if they won't even pick up for the corporate number. Poorly ran shame on the GM for hiring such bad staff. And this is coming from a former shift manager of one of the busiest pizzahuts in Kansas city. There are certian rules that have to be followed number one on the list always answer the phone no matter how busy you get. Only execption is what is called super bowl slam and that's only during the game when all dedicated phone employees are processing the calls as fast as they can. Shame on this store switching to strictly door dash having your own dedicated drivers ensures customer retention and diffently the abbility to answer one of 6 phone banks in the store.

I recently placed and order I wait the usually time but by then time it came the delivery man was carless with my order I got the big dinner box and when it got here it was just destroyed before I can get to it I asked for to be cancelled and remade but they never remade my order
