We ordered online for my child’s free personal pan pizza. When I called to order the process went very smoothly. When I arrived the parking lot was empty and the building looked vacant. I parked in the pick up space. It took about 3 minutes for them to answer. Once I let them know I was there I waited about 10 minutes and decided to go inside. Going inside defeated the curbside pick up purpose. The man inside was nice but the company is supposed to tell him when a customer is outside and they didn’t. The curbside phone number doesn’t directly go to the store. The pizza was good (my child loved it). For a free pizza it was great. Waiting outside for 10 mins did delay my next destination.

Very disappointed in pizza hut. My family and I like to end our Halloween night with some pizza hut we've been going every year on Halloween. But this time after placing our order online we arrived only to find out they had sold it to someone else. And the only solution they offered me was to wait 30 minutes for them to remake it. Looks like we might start a tradition else where with better customer service.

I think is very disrespectful as a brand to use DoorDash then just don’t offer delivery you guys took my order confirmed my order, but I receive no food is very much frustrating to be waiting over an hour for a delivery driver not knowing that no one is coming and the fact that you guys have one person working on a Friday night November 3, 2023 is ridiculous to me the fact that I’m not going to get a refund is ridiculous to me the fact that I’m hungry because you guys want to use DoorDash and they stole my food order And you guys didn’t even have a dignity to properly train. The one person that would work on a Friday nights by their selves is ridiculous to me the fact that I can’t get my money back and I didn’t get any food is ridiculous and as a brand as a company as a GM as a manager as a lead, you should never say that you guys have great customer service or care about your customers.

Avoid. Smells bad inside. They refuse to sell me pizza as advertised. Then told me to download app. Took 20 min to download. That deal wasn't listed. So I left to buy much better pizza at Barros.

I tried calling in the order and the calltaker barely spoke English. Went to business and it took 10 minutes just to get the computer up and enter the order. Not high on my go back to business.

The worst company to ever work for. Mark Peterson does not care about his employees or how human resources treats the employees .. Yes, they pay their employees . But the way the corporate treats the employees is wrong . The company use you up then they legally terminate you and not pay you the money they owe you. Promotes people who don't deserve it .Doesn't pay the Rgm or Agm overtime even though it's a state law .

This pizza hut is terrible. Long then quoted wait times that's if it even shows up. Food is never really warm by the time it reaches your door.
Do not waste your time or money here. Disgusting service, restaurant and pizza with a large hair baked right into it! I would imagine this location is on the verge of closing. Not one person sitting inside but all tables were dirty. Lazy employees at their finest here.
