Pizza is currently an hour late for delivery. No one answers the phone at the establishment so I have no idea if or when it’s coming. Website shows received status. Should have known better. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with this location.

Very nice atmosphere but the pizza came very dry and somewhat burnt. I usually love pizza hut but this one did not impress me. The cashier didn't seem like he cared one way or the other that the pizza was not to my liking. But I did like the building itself as you can dine in and watch TV while eating so that was much cooler than the typical pick up and leave pizza huts.

this is a rundown restaurant located near Luke AFB. If they want better business from the base, they need to revitalize the restaurant, offer military discount and provide a more welcoming atmosphere. The airmen would love a familiar place to go to so close to the base.

Once again, I gave this location a chance and ordered from them again. Got my pizza about an hour and a half later. Don’t know why they asked me what sauces I want if they don’t even give them to me. Horrible service hopefully one of these days, the manager can look at these reviews and make a change.

Horrible. 3 hours later, 2nd wrong pizza delivered. Called over 25 times they will not answer the phone, call me back or refund my money. You better believe this isn't over. Owners, watch out your employees are harming your business. I will never order from this location again. 107th and indian school superior service. Now let's see how much longer it takes to get a call back. Waiting.. still waiting!!!

Placed an order for delivery With chicken Alfredo and when the order was delivered, there was wings instead. So I tried calling and no answer. Decided to make the drive myself and all the guy had to say was “I’m 40 orders deep and didn’t have time to call you” and you could tell in his face he didn’t care.

You could have at least let the driver know in advance that there was gonna be a replacement.

Came in and order three pizzas for dinner for my family for $63 plus left a $10 tip for them to tell me that it's going to cost extra to get cheese packets like come on now don't even waste your time with this location go somewhere else

Placed order at 10:10a for delivery at 12:30p, page refreshed during my ordering and changed my delivery address their own store address and, unfortunately, I didn't catch it until the doordash driver called us. We tried to correct with her but she said to call the store and hung up on us. Okay, not a problem. Called the store and it kept ringing and ringing until it would disconnect. After the 3rd try, I called to order via phone but apologized and instead asked to connect to the store. Was forwarded and managed to connect to a Marissa, she fixed the address for me and said they need someone else to pick it up but it'd be 15min or so. Okay, again, not a problem at all! 1:20 rolls by and still nothing. So I begin calling since I can't track the order. Unable to get a hold of anyone. Keeps disconnecting or being busy. Called to "order" a pizza again and spoke with a Mary and she apologized, said she'd forward me to the manager there. Disconnected again. Rinse and repeat about 4-5 more times. I admit I was calling pretty frequently, however, we've been waiting for this order since 12:30p. Did an online chat and spoke with Rochelle. Was told she understood my frustration and did all she could to help, which I understand, and said she'd submit to upper management and they'd reach out...in 1-3 business days from now. No refund or anything on a big expensive order. 2pm rolls around and still nothing so I go into the shop directly. I was helped by a young man who said it was his first day. He was nice but obviously had to seek out help from a seasoned employee in the back who avoided all eye contact with me AND made him handle this situation. Was told I need to wait for them to remake the food because they still have the old one but it just wasn't ever picked up.

There is a reason why I stopped going to pizza hut and will discourage others from now on as well. This just solidified that fact.

Entire experience has been an absolute nightmare. Tried ordering on the app, app asks you to log on using website, wouldn’t accept my credentials. Tried 3 times including a pw reset. Gave up went to website - accepted my credentials 1st try. Tried to order from the pick 2 menu. As long as I didn’t want pizza I could order from the pick 2. Website blew up when I tried to order a pizza. So I ordered through the regular menu. Only shining star was Isaiah the door dasher! Got my order, it’s wrong. Called the ph number 2 get thru to someone. Chose the option where I had an issue. That never connected to anyone - didn’t disconnect either, just a black hole. Called back, chose option to order a pizza knowing someone will answer that line. They transferred me to the store. It rang over 30 times before it disconnected - I was patient it was Friday night. I called back to the order line - after all the apologies… they were going to connect me with a supervisor. It rang over 30 times before it disconnected. I called back one last time and told them what happened - they (corporate) called until it disconnected and by that time I was in the car driving. I finished the call in the store with the lovely woman that helped me file the complaint. I waited for my turn. I asked to talk to a manager and apparently I was so I explained to her what happened and that I have been trying to call the store - her response - we were busy! Priceless! She won’t be so busy now that corporate is going to know that she just doesn’t bother picking up the phone for customers or corporate. She said it would be x minutes to wait, I told her I would be waiting at my house for her to deliver it.

Ordered pizza and wings for pick up at 10pm when we puled up both employees were outside smoking, they literally had to follow us in they were so dead we were the only order, I ordered thin crust and they gave me thick crust the pizza crust was not even done and was doughy the wings they just threw some sauce in the bottom of the container then put bare wings on top of that, the total ignorance and incompetence of this restaurant it's a miracle they are still open don't go here! In fact get a cheap frozen pizza it's much better than this place

We drove a long way to eat at dine in pizza hut. It was worth the drive. We were served by Amber Murray - Amber is a keeper. She remained very calm as she took care of each of us in timely matter. She was the only one. She continue to check with each diner as she served. She’s one in a million.
