Jesus is the man! He made our dining in experience so enjoyable. It was our first time and my kids absolutely loved it. I only rate the food 4 stars instead of 5 because the ingredients were a little sweet for my preference. We will be returning! Thank you, Jesus!!

On New Year's Eve I ordered a party pack. Two medium pizzas with a desert, cinnamon sticks. My order was delivered almost forty five minutes late due to the fact that the restrant provided the delivery driver with the wrong address. I immediately called once my order was delivered to complain about the lateness and that my order was cold and uneditable. Imeadiedtly the employee was defensive and argumentative. Refused to listen to me and told me I never paid for the order. I continuesly asked for a refund and was yelled at and. Harassed. We then engaged in a heated debate where we both swore at each other. (Happy New Year Indeed). I tried to speak to a manager and was not allowed too. At one point the manager stated that the police where there. I asked to speak to the officer and it was another employee pretending to be the officer, supplied me with a false police badge number and everything I am pretty sure this un itself, impersonating a police officer is illegal.
At the end I was stuck with an inedible Happy New Year. I am sure they're is a recording of our entire conversations.

Thats too bad all the reviews are bad. My 1st time experience was actually tasty. I ordered a pepperoni mushroom jalapeño and garlic sauce. Pizza was great. Only thing I didn't like was putting my pizza on the ground as I have a bad ant problem so I asked them to call upon arrival but they never did. But hey, these days great customer service is non existent so I honestly don't even expect it anymore. Besides, these corporations don't pay enough so I don't blame the employees for not caring. Thanks for my yummy cold pizza lol

Bad customer services, very very bad , nevera see this store,There's a girl who bakes the pizzas. She worked this morning, December 12th. Every time I come here, she treats the customers badly, and the lady does too.

The older lady who “greeted” us if you call it that was not friendly and very unprofessional. We waited at the cash stand area for over 5 min waiting for someone to refill our drinks and when they finally did come to refill them another girl was who did it. As we were waiting for someone to Come refill drinks all We could smell was cigarette smoke and we had to go open the door so the chime would alert them that someone came in. Horrible experience and definitely will not be back. I am a General Manager for a restaurant and if this was my location I would be checking cameras and letting people go. No wonder your location isn’t busy cuz your staff is rude as hell!

As SOON AS ME AND MY FAMILY WALKED IN THE OLDER CASHIER WAS VERY RUDE AND DID NOT FEEL WELCOMED AND MY HUSBAND ASKED A QUESTION AND SHE SAID WE COULD GO TO BUCKEYE IF WE WANT TO GO TO WHERE THEY HAVE SALADS AND MORE !!! Only reason WE ASKED CAUSE HAVE NOT BEEN HERE SINCE COVID WE WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN MY KIDS ALSO ASKED IF THE LADY WAS Racist
