This place is great! We tried both pastas and pizzas. The service was friendly and attentive. The pastas were both fantastic and so was the pizza. We had nothing but smiles the entire night. We will be back.

This review page is wild with the owner arguing and calling people liars about their bad reviews. My wife reviewed our experience about 3 days ago. She received a response within a few hours basically calling her a liar about bad service and telling her she doesn’t know about pizza. She edited the post by adding a pic of what she was talking about, then the owner deleted his response. A day or so later, he then added another response. This time he omitted the part about her lying about the bad service (because the added pic proved it was real), but still defended the food like we have never had good authentic pizza before.
Here’s my review. We ate less than half of the 2 pizzas we ordered. Both pizzas were burnt in spots and undercooked on the rest. Not sure how that possible but it happened. Soggiest pizza I’ve had. The leftovers never made it past the dumpster in the parking lot. Never before have I had a pizza I didn’t want to take for leftovers. We shared a salad and it was ok, but we never received the extra dressing or pepper that we requested. We never received refills on our drinks or the extra ice my wife requested for her ice tea. We asked for Parmesan cheese and received an empty shaker. We were not expecting a high end experience. If we wanted high end, we would have gone to a high end restaurant. A minimum experience would have been ok, but we did not experience it. There was nobody to report this to at the restaurant as nobody came by our table to check on us. The owner said they all work as a team, but the whole “team” ignored us. He gave us 2 options. 1) come try again 2) find another restaurant. I pick option 2 as I will not support a restaurant with an owner who chooses to argue with customers instead of choosing to listen to make peoples experiences better. I understand growing pains but the owners approach to bad reviews is inexcusable. We will not be back.
Attached are pics from my wife’s review. I’ve included the owners original response that was deleted by him.

Happy Birthday, Federico! Thank you for your personal attention. The 2 types of pizza are fantastic; the pista being crispier and chewier, but both have amazing flavors. My personal favorite is the Versace. The Margherita is also very good. Then, you must save room for dessert as they have many incredible desserts you won't want to miss.

Atmosphere was pleasant. Service was friendly but not a noteworthy presence. I guess where it lost was the food. Clearly quality food because I react to low quality pasta, gluten, bread products, and I was very comfortable with this food. I guess in the end all dishes were good but bland. Very little flavor. Definitely quality products, but boring flavor.

Unfortunately had a bad experience here! Wanted to like it but also by reading reviews seems like there are a lot of defensive remarks instead of trying to make things better!
Very expensive.. could be an awesome concept but need to work through a lot of kinks! Service was unfortunately very bad Never received refills on drinks, asked for cracked pepper and salad dressing and they never returned! Asked for Parmesan cheese and they brought us an empty shaker! Our pizza was undercooked amd mushy and we never saw our server again to let her know! Left thirsty and hungry Here is a photo to show our completely empty cups that were never refilled and empty Parmesan cheese!!

Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Husband works the front. The wife is the chef. They work their rear off to make sure you have a pleasant experience.

We had a delicious dinner with great conversation and the best entertainment. Check the schedule to see what nights Shane Sedivy performs. His show makes for a fantastic evening. Enjoyed the caprese, octopus, chicken marsala, spumoni and tiramisu. I will go back.

It was the best pizza gluten free anywhere. I hand tried alot . My husband doesn’t care much for pizza and he loved it. We went again and he wanted pizza . The only thing I don’t like about it being that good is we live in Colorado and it doesn’t compare to here. I will have to wait until next March . Haha ! But I did tell friends that live there about it. The staff was amazing and atmosphere was great ! Linda Lloyd

I've been twice in this place. First time ordered a pappardelle wagyu bolognese, delicious. I would eat that again. Second, I was there to try the carbonara, but is not good, they put Italian sausage...in a carbonara!! what? who had this idea? is it so hard to make a traditional carbonara?
