“I stopped in on a whim and I’ve been dreaming about my lunch ever since!! It was soooo good. Warm rice with cold, fresh Hawaiian tuna & shrimp. I added some cucumber salad and the house dressing along with extra cucumbers, cilantro and friend crunchy onions. I wish there was a location closer to me!!“
“I had Food Trucks PHX cater a private holiday party for about 40 guests, and holy cow they delivered! The food and service was outstanding and several people commented saying they were the best burgers they had ever had. I’d call that a huge success. “The food is always super fresh and the add ons and menu are honestly great. It can seem pretty expensive for what it is, but the taste and quality are very good. The staff are always extremely attentive and fast to what you want to add to your bowl. A very solid place!“

“Food was great and the staff were nice. Definitely recommend signing up for the rewards program! I ordered a bowl for pick up right at lunch time and parking was tricky, but it seems like a lot of people were doing the same pick up routine and spots opened pretty quickly.“

Best poke bowl I've had. I drive 30mins to get to this place and pass at least 5 other poke bowl options to get here.
Everything is freshly cut and .ade each day and you can tell.
They get bonus points for having a kelp noodle option as an alternative to the usual rice.“

“We’ve tried a few poke places, and this is our favorite! Fresh ingredients, good portions, a nice variety, and friendly service. Even though other poke restaurants are closer to our house, we keep going to this one. I would have included a picture, but I’ve already finished eating the food.“
