I’m not usually one to complain, but we ordered two boba teas, and two sushi bowls. The total came out to be just under $50. The tapioca pearls in the boba disintegrated right when they hit your mouth. One of the bowls had a fly in it, that we discovered after eating part of our meal. I went back let the man at the counter know, but he was on break, and the have a sign posted that said no refunds, so I’m out 50 bucks and the food is still being served to unsuspecting customers, with flys/fly waste in it. Really hope we don’t get food poisoning after reading the other reviews.

Sold expired drinks to me and my pregnant sister, they were over priced as well at 10 dollars for bottles worth 2 each.

I’ve worked in the food industry for years and never have I let how tired I was or my personal life effect the way I treated my customers. I stoped by around 7:05 pm and the male working was not only unfriendly but rude!
I approached the spot in hopes to try out the boba but before ordering I wanted to ask the worker if they were open since it was not busy. He never greeted me and he gave me a blatantly annoyed response. I’m not one to take things like that personal and I would’ve brushed it off if I was under the impression that it was said in a joking manner but unfortunately it was not. I let him know that never mind I don’t like his attitude and at that point he could’ve apologized to regain my business but guess not. To whoever that worker was I advise you to do better, you didn’t have to be social but you also didn’t have to be rude

I ordered 2 Pure Lead sweet black teas and I was charged $9.50 plus tax. I walked away. A 6 pack is $7.98 cents. I can understand rent, payroll, overhead but that's ridiculous. If you can't afford your location, then downsize and relocate or even go mobile. A lot of speciality drink shops have gone mobile (trailer). These prices are far too high. I wondered why there was no line in front of this shop whereas the lines were long all around the food court.

I will not return.

Cashier is nice and provided a good service but I wish this company hired someone that knows how to make sushi rolls and has experience I just wasted 28 dollars on the worst sushi rolls of my life. If you can’t deliver good quality food DO NOT ADD this to the menu. That’s why you are getting a bad review. Is this food 28 value? If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have ordered from here so I hope this review helps you not getting food from here, not the employees fault. The company “Pokiluv” needs to do better or they will go out of business.

Just left as the poki bowl I got the fish was bad. It was overly salty and fishy I got the hawian and spicy tuna. I felt nauseous after and even had a pice of blue plastic come pit of my mouth after the first bite. I did let the person know but all he said is he just made it and it's not bad also no refunds.

The spring rolls were burnt. The guy forgot the gyoza which weren't even beef and pork as advertised. Just cabbage. The pow pow shrimp sushirito was just okay, everything was made to order. Just not fresh tasting or any care put into the actual making of the food. The Avocado rolls were dry and falling apart. Would not recommend. Just an overall bland experience.

Love to order the "build your own bowl" for the many proteins I want to pick for lunch, especially after my workout. Would definitely recommend the food and great service they brought for me.

Nobody here at 11:30 am on a Tuesday. Literally every other place in the mall is open they are closed. They have raw food sitting out unattended. Not safe. Stay far away.

They were friendly and had lots of different poke options and types of tuna. I enjoyed it!

Parking: It's the mall parking lot, so you generally have to park several rows away. Parking is always available, but may not be close.

Eh. Taste was extremely bland for both the avocado rolls and California roll. I couldn’t even finish it and I LOVE sushi.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about, but this place is great if you ask me. The food tastes as good as it looks, and it's consistently colorful and pretty, so it's delicious! Sure, it can be a bit pricey, but I say it's worth it. The wait can be long, but just do yourself a favor and cut them a break; there seems to be only one worker at a time that's trying his/her hardest. Overall, it's super good!
