the woman helping me kept getting my order wrong. she charged me for 5.99 tacos that i didn’t even receive and refused to give me my change back. she said it was “unfair”. don’t know what was unfair ab it. after asking for her managers name, she didn’t want to give it to me. my experience the first time here was beyond unpleasant and apparently im not the only one. i don’t recommend this location.

I spent 16$ on Carne asada fries without sourcream and asked they place the cheese and guacamole on the side since I had a ways to drive home and wanted to warm it if needed when I got home and they accommodated me.... but when I got home and opened up the box the amt of meat that was supposed to be in it was lacking to say the least. . I've been a long time customer and the amt of meat that they put in the box was a tiny sprinkle, compared to what they gave me the previous time and it wasn't long ago, almost 2.5 weeks. Always came to polibertos for Carne asada fries cause they always make sure to give you what you pay for. Tonight it was lacking. Been coming here for 21 years and it seems like every year per the last 5 years the quality is diminishing...

Food is always good here. Today we had the beef taco salad with seasoned shredded beef (so good!), carne fries, bean & cheese burrito with rolled tacos. Ate till full and still had left overs. Friendly, fast service and easy on the wallet. Definitely recommend this place.

I am very pleased. They have been right when and where I have needed them to be by which I mean I’ve needed that kind of sustenance at that price point in that moment and they’ve been there and available to me and what more could you want than that they don’t seem to be out of everything all the time like a lot of other restaurants I’m allergic to cilantro and so that’s the only anxiety I have is that I’m going to say no cilantro and something and wind up with it anyway and get hives and you die on the floor but that’s really it and that’s really my problem at the end of the day not theirs

Always like to stop in late nights and they always get my food pretty fast. Have never had any complaints or bad experiences. Prices are way better than their competitors.
Need to manage the homeless and drug addicts on the property. Very uncomfortable to eat in and the food isn't worth the trouble.As far as the food goes. Let's start by seasoning the meat, then work on the salsa because it tastes like hot pepper flakes and water.
