I am extremely disappointed. We stopped in to try this “famous “ chicken sandwich. We had to stop in to ask as the phone line has been turned off by Corporate due to the high demand. This was not the disappointment.
The employees working without a functioning AC is ridiculous. I could not tell inside of 110 or being inside.
The employees stated Corporate office is aware as this happens at least once a week.

Every time of come to this place I have a issue. Tonight I was shorted on my biscuits and received old dry chicken after I had asked for fresh chicken and offered to wait. I was told by the guy that they just pulled this chicken. It's old and leathery. When I called to speak to the manager they never answer the phone.
