Very busy place when I was there. They were out of several condiments but the staff was very polite and professional. A bit of a wait for my order but it was hot and fresh. I think the rush lead got them too hurried in the kitchen end. Sadly, there were quite a few feathers still in my wings. Small detail, but will likely prevent me from visiting this particular store again.
Stopped in to get some food during my lunch break. It took about 5 minutes for any of the staff to even attempt to notice me. Food was prepared quickly and tasted good but there were no condiments available of any kind. Will not be returning to this location.

This is got to be the best chicken around I'm telling you in the service is one of the best teams I've ran into since I've been in Arizona for the last five years they were very professional and prompt and even got commended by other customers for being so fast when it got busy I am truly impressed they have a big thumbs-up for me in the rest of Phoenix Arizona as well
