Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Need to clean up this Popeyes !! It looks like it’s homeless !!! And the service takes forever!! Staff isn’t nice at all very unprofessional!!

When we walked in, the cashier was unprofessional. Yelling out before we ordered, we are out of large cups.
My elderly friend asked for coffee. She stated we don't sell coffee, that's why we have Starbucks behind us.
I ordered #7 Shrimp and Tenders combination. The tenders were hard and cold, and the shrimp looked and tasted like it reheated.
I also ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade. They gave me a strawberry lemonade with ice.
I know next to ALWAYS ask for my #7 combo meal to be fresh.

We made an online order, but when I got there the order wasn't ready. After I got home I discovered that they gave us mixed chicken not dark like I ordered and the biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks, people were friendly but the order was wrong and the chicken was not fresh. So I'm not likely going back.

Don't eat there

Just stop by there at 10:36 p.m., shine says they're open till 12:00 a.m., they had shut down the store at 10:30 why would that be. Then when you go sit in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes and they don't even come to the box and tell you we're closed when the website and the sign on the door says they're open until 12:00 a.m., then the ignorant people inside don't even have the courtesy enough to inform somebody that they wanted to leave early and to heck with us. I would not eat there again if somebody gave me 2 million dollars cash. This place is screwed up my orders left and right, then they act like it's your fault. There was one girl that you used to work in there she was really good really polite took your order never messed it up!! I don't know what happened to her maybe she got sick of her crap. Do not eat at this location the food is not prepared well I have had chicken that is still pink inside, I have been giving hot and spicy for my grandkids when I told them original not spicy. If you want to go to Popeye's Chicken go to the one on Grand avenue and Sun City. They're very polite they're very efficient with their food the handling of their food the preparation of their food and most of all common courtesy for the customer!! Again I recommend that nobody eats here and we protest this place and shut it down.

We ordered a family meal of 12 pieces of chicken and two sides of mashed potato’s and gravy. We get this meal ALL the time and we like everything. But today Mon. May 19th at 6 pm we ordered our usual and there is something really wrong with the mashed potato’s. They smelled and tasted like vinegar! We don’t want our money back but we did want to tell them about it, I tried to call and speak with a manager but they don’t answer the phone. I’m going to see if there is a corporate number.

Bean and rice was spoil. Very sad. Not good at all. The drink was like water. This place to really look at what they are doing.

This location has gone down hill. I thought maybe after the first time they messed my order up that a couple months later I could give them a chance. When receiving my order I looked at my drink and it had a piece of brown plastic floating on top. I politely told the lady and told her I didn’t even get a straw. When she took the drink back, my boyfriend and I watched as she poured half the liquid or and the plastic and refilled it and gave it back to us. I didn’t drink that. Secondly they didn’t even give me my side that I paid for. By that time, I was fed up. They need to get some restructuring in there fast. They don’t have to worry about our business again.

Got a chicken sandwich and there was literally just 2 small chicken strips on it and didn't even cover all the bread on the sandwich. Could have just said yall where out of something instead of that BS.

Did an online order and still waited for my order to be prepared. The service was professional but they don't use gloves when placing the paper in the box after touching everything else. The managers dog busted in and was behind the counter where my order was being prepared and she didn't apologize just snatched the dog and went back into the gas station that was attached. I will not ever return to this location. It makes you think about the people who's serving you hygiene or lack there of. This is something I will remember..

So extremely dirty, smell so bad the pinol Clorox bucket was on the side where the soda machine is and it smells so strong and dirty, the worker was eating while taking drive thru orders then went back to the kitchen without washing his hands and started the order , grabbing everything with his dirty hands, also the door to get into the kitchen was so dirty gross and he touched that door to open it and didn’t wash his hands before making the order for the drive thru customer, I will never come to this restaurant is really bad, don’t know where the manager is or they just don’t care, ugly place ,

They can't handle more than one drive thru order at a time. Always out of sides and sauces. The food is already made, it shouldn't take 10 mins to get a 3 peice. I would eat here more often if I didn't think it was going to be such a hassle each time.
