Missing half of UberEats order and just happens to be my girlfriend’s entire order. How incompetent does one have to be to miss an entire meal? Guess that’s why yall work at Popeyes. Thank you to everyone who worked Feb 11 at 7pm for wasting my $50 and ruining our night!! You guys are the worst!!! ❤️

The cashier was eating food at one of the tables going back to take orders and serving food without washing his hands. He also licked his fingers to "clean" them as he walked up to counter.

I love that chicken from Popeyes

I picked up the food. They were running behind which is understood. I am however disappointed by the fact the major part of the order was missing and when I went back the staff did not seem bothered by the fact the order was incomplete.

Since I was at work but on my lunch. I enjoyed that there was nobody in this location, so my order was taken as soon as i decided & the food came out quickly.

I ordered chicken at 7:30 pm tonight and I should have drove off when the rude young man was rushing me and cutting me off on drive thru speaker
I paid 60$ for a 12 piece family meal that was dry , smelled horrible , stale , & burned but raw on the inside. I am sick to my stomach.
The Mac n cheese was burned and the mashed potatoes had no gravy.
I’m so disappointed I called 3xs and was hung up on. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Popeyes and I want the owner / manager to call me in order to refund my money. I’m so disgusted right now. How dare Popeyes hire such lazy rude employees who rather talk while cooking then ensure food is cooked correctly.
