GM forgot my ranch.. lol.. but otherwise super awesome! Best drive through experience ever.. and the food is delicious!!

They don’t put enough sauce on an ap Singapore hot wings and when I try and call now I’m blocked by a screener that asks for my name and goes nowhere. No one answers! What kind of business doesn’t answer their phone?

waited in line for over 17 minutes while only four cars were served. That’s extremely frustrating—especially for those of us with just a 30-minute lunch break. It’s unacceptable to lose half that time due to delays caused by either slow service inside or lack of organization

I had the greatest experience today ordering my food! The manager was very sweet and professional….i should’ve asked his name. The other young man taking my order was just as polite with such great manners!!! So glad we still have great people in the world. Missing half of UberEats order and just happens to be my girlfriend’s entire order. How incompetent does one have to be to miss an entire meal? Guess that’s why yall work at Popeyes. Thank you to everyone who worked Feb 11 at 7pm for wasting my $50 and ruining our night!! You guys are the worst!!! ❤️

The cashier was eating food at one of the tables going back to take orders and serving food without washing his hands. He also licked his fingers to "clean" them as he walked up to counter.
