Order was for takeout. So I didn't check it till I was home. The four piece ended up as a three tender, and the ghost bacon was just regular chicken sandwich. So I was shorted like five bucks and a bunch of food. Lessons learned

Again this Popeyes messed up on my order. Didn’t notice till I drove all the way home. So I guess I wasted money here AGAIN.. Also with how expensive Popeyes is for them to mess up on your order is crazy. Also the strawberry Fanta they gave me was out of flavor. Very disappointed

It’s 12 am December 15th I decided to go through Popeyes chicken after a long day of work to enjoy a meal with my wife, but it ended up being a disaster after receiving it I opened it up and found this terrible mess and it affected me and my car

ordered a 3 piece spicy tender w. mac & cheese and then a spicy chicken sandwich via drive through. not a complicated order, right. i was asked what sauce i wanted, then proceeded to be told they didn’t have any sauce at all :| ?? i got handed my order & i parked to check it because i had a feeling it was wrong, and it was! i was given a non spicy, 3 piece regular chicken w. fries. so i went back in there and told them what it SHOULD have been and this lady looked me dead in my face and told me that what i had WAS spicy tenders ?? it 100% was NOT. i told her ok im not going to argue with you. she gave me my mac & cheese while i was stuck with food i didnt order. she refused to fix it 🤷🏻‍♀️ 0/10 service. the chicken sandwich also didn’t have pickles & was drenched in grease.

The food is most of the time hit or miss. I ordered chicken tenders and they were skinny and mostly coating. The sides are good. But for the price they charge all the chicken should be good.
