EDIT 2/25/25: We decided to give this place another try. Bad decision. Once again our order was missing an item. And not a side or a biscuit... it was missing the chicken! Changing my rating to one star.

We love Popeye's chicken but this location gets our order wrong more times than not. We get spicy instead of regular or regular instead of spicy. About 75% of the time we are missing items that we paid for. They really need to do a better job of quality control and training.

The girl who serviced me in the drive thru was very short and rude, she seemed annoyed to even be taking my order. I also work in customer service, but it is your job. you are paid to do this.

I hate giving low reviews but at this point something's got to change. At no point ever at my history of going to this location do I ever get the sauces, utensils or straws ever. I've received wrong items through app ordering and Uber Eats orders, at least one per order. I'm used to chicken quality being savory and delicious, which is why I didn't complain when they missed everything but at least gave extra chicken. Now I get dry, old chicken, no sauces, no utensils, no straws. I want to come back here but they need a serious change in staff and/or management.

Today was the first time I tried Popeyes Ghost Pepper Chicken. What’s so special about it? The cheese was dry, the chicken was warm to cold, and the fries were not hot either. 😒 Look depressing in there… 😬

No customer service skills, they do not listen, and quick to give the wrong order. When you get your correct order, it will be wrong every time. Ask for white meat and get dark meat, it seems like they fast to dish out an order and let the customer complain on the app, cause they never answer the phone.

Bizarre Experience at Popeyes today! The person on the drive-through loudspeaker was very short and rude, when I made it to the window, the gentleman asked me if I would like to buy an entire box of ranch sauce for $100? He said “come on man, it’s only $100 and you’ll be set on ranch for a long time!” I asked politely for “just two packets of ranch dressing, please, I don’t need a box”. After all that, I received no ranch!! He got both types of drinks wrong, the size of the drink was wrong, and the amount of ice was lacking, triple wrong! The cashier has zero care to get the order right and we were left speechless. I’m sure the selling entire boxes of ranch is highly unethical and bizarre.. perhaps he should be focusing on getting the order right and not his side hustle!

If I could give this place negative stars, they would have the most. Horrible listening to what I wanted to order. First and last time I'll go to Popeyes. The manager was so eager to finish putting our order in to rush over to the drive thru area to make a phone call on her personal cell. Didn't even give me my receipt, I had to ask for it. Customer service is not only the most wrong. The fries were cold like they've been sitting there for hours... The chicken was dry and had no taste to it but flour. Ugh... Never again 🤮

And who uses expired containers? This place does.

Terrible. Was really excited to get this on our way home for the family. $70 worth of food. Dried up, tiny pieces of chicken. Missing sides. I live 15 minutes away and not worth going back. Rude lady working the window. Acted like we were an inconvenience to even be there. I didn’t think it could get worse than the location on 75th Avenue but I guess I was wrong.

Dude with the backwards baseball cap was extremely rude and seemed very irritated with me as I ordered. I then asked for blackened ranch and buffalo sauce as he looked me in the face handed me my food and shut the window so I had to go inside to get condiments. A car pulled up next to me with a lady who did not receive her shrimp in the drive through and also had to go into the lobby. When I asked for blackened ranch and buffalo a dark haired lady rudely informed me that they only had blackened ranch and not buffalo and when I repeated it and asked if they really didn’t have blackened ranch suddenly they actually did. The attitude and carelessness were at an all time high tonight and I’m a regular.
