I asked him to cook the chicken fresh for us cause we had a little place to go and when I got the chicken, it was barely warm so I asked him to give me one that’s hot and their whole attitude lake was terrible. Made us wait for close to almost 20 minutes out in the parking lot for them to give me the chicken. And when I got the chicken, it was clearly overcooked. You got problems at that store what attitude and customer relations.

I have gone to this location a few times now and every time i have not received my full order. Its fairly frustrating at this point. I would not recommend going here. The only reason im giving two stars is because the staff was nice.

I rarely leave Google reviews, but honestly, I swear I’ll never go back to this Popeyes again. Three times in a row, every takeout order has been terrible. The chicken was so dry it felt like chewing on cardboard. It honestly tasted like it had been reheated or recooked multiple times.

I’m not sure if you can tell from the photo, but the food just looked and tasted gross. Total waste of money and time. No more for me.

Even the fried chicken from a random Walmart tastes way better than this place.

My chicken strips was over breaded and overcooked and was so hard every time I took a bite it felt like it was gonna cut my gum. It hurt. Never had really hard crust.

Greasy finger licken chicken

The food is good but every single time i come here they forget something at-least one thing consists without fail i dont know if im just unlucky but its ridiculous, its nothing small like a ranch its whole sides

Really I don’t want to give this place any starts I was just in there and had ordered food I asked the cashier for the rewards if I sign since I just spent $22.00 of if I could get the free item they are showing on their website it says spend $5 get a free item on us.. she told me that yes she would honor it , so I sign in and all of a sudden she doesn’t remember me showing her the image online like not even 5 mins ago.. that’s really bad service.. for 1 if you say your going to honor something in your place of work then you need to honor it.. and if your not sure then don’t say you will.. that’s so ugly especially since everybody is struggling right now we are in tough times.. the least you can do is honor what you say your gonna especially since you showing it on your website… I’ll never come back to this location and I’ll be sure to let everybody know you all do bad business… bull

The staff at the Bell location is friendly and responsive. However, the app is rated as C+. Easy to get mess up and no recovery.
