I had an excellent experience at this Popeyes I had zero wait and my food was amazing the workers were so kind and made sure I had everything in my order I recommend this Popeyes to anyone in the area
Take too long over drive thru. Like 20 minutes. This services suck
Popeyes easily replaced KFC as my favorite chicken and wings. I can't rate the atmosphere as anything but average, as it is a fast-food restaurant, so what do you expect?
Great customer service experience. The location is conveniently near 101 freeway. The place was clean as well as the ladies restroom. Thank you Popeyes for making my experience great!

this is my favorite popeyes!! I have to make a review for today because my meal was perfect and made my day. ALL the workers who were working on 5/3/2025 around 1pm did an AMAZING job. The cooking & service.
Waited in the drive thru at the speaker for 8minutes before they even said anything, had one car ahead of me. Guy repeated back my order, and I didn't get anything if what I ordered except the pickled lemonade which tasted of water and pickle juice. You guys were also out of everything!!!
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and wings. Was given a cold sandwich with dried spicy mayonnaise on the bun, nothing else. Instead of wings, got another sandwich! Fries were smashed at bottom of the bag. Absolute garbage employees.. made us wait for over 20 minutes for this.
Tenders were like chicken jerky, cold, unchewable. No utensils or napkins given to us on our to go order. YUCK
I’ll make sure I order the day before Maybe it might be ready .
Staff friendly and courteous. Cajun fries need to be eaten at restaurant. They are not good when cold. They get very chewy and rubbery. Other food was good.

The staff here is giving Popeyes a bad name.
Thinnest chicken finger I've ever seen. For the price the charge they should give you some chicken. Mostly breading. Disappointed for sure. You might as well forget trying to get honey for your biscuits.
Food not ready for mobile order no sense of urgency poor customer service!
They had no chicken breast, legs or thighs. Only wings for a 4 piece or any type of soda just tea. What was the point of being open on a Sunday night if you don’t have your elemental type of chicken. Disappointing experience.
