WHAT A SURPRISE!
Upstairs in the food court near Boba Tea... Why would anyone go to Chipotle or Panda???
We got their chicken tenders with loopy fries and garlic parmesan seasoning and chicken tenders with sweet potato fries with BBQ seasoning. The fries are amazingly crisp and delicious! The chicken is crisp and tender... So good!
They offer a dipping sauce but we really didn't need it.

As a loyal customer who has enjoyed your fries for years, particularly the chili BBQ seasoning. However, today I noticed a drastic change in the flavor.
The Chili BBQ seasoning used to have a perfect balance of sweet and spicy with a smoky BBQ kick. Now, it has taken on a completely different profile—it’s more red in color and has a distinct curry-like taste that is far from the original. It no longer has that signature smoky BBQ flavor that made it so enjoyable.
Additionally, ever since the change in ownership, the Arrowhead Mall location in Arizona has taken a noticeable downturn. Before, the line used to be long, a clear sign of how much customers loved the fries. Now, the quality has declined, and the crowd isn’t what it used to be. One major issue is that the serving sizes have become noticeably smaller, making it feel like we are paying the same price for much less.
It’s disappointing to see a brand I once loved lose its consistency and appeal. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as many loyal customers, including myself, miss the original chili BBQ flavor, the generous portion sizes, and the high-quality service we once received.
Ordered the Giga fries. Picture shows a large portion of fries that comes in large paper bowl. Fries came out in a small basket. This thing was smaller than a medium fries at McD. Don’t mind paying $10 for fries, but try and at least make it somewhat near the portion you advertise.

As new customers, my friend and I sought guidance on sizes but were charged for larger sizes despite clearly requesting smaller ones. When we questioned this, they falsely claimed the smaller size wasn't available, even though it was listed on the menu. They showed no concern and proceeded to charge us more.
