Total waste of money. The pho was extremely disappointing and greasy… pho shouldn’t leave a layer of oil on your lips after eating it. The spring rolls were really tough as well…overall very icky. Would not go here if you want authentic Vietnamese food. I want my money back, couldn’t even eat it.

The last 2 times I've been here have been awful. They were out of drinks. They were 20 minutes late with my pick up order. No apologies, didn't offer anything while I waited. Almost an hour after I placed my order it was ready. If you have time to kill and don't want a beverage with your food this is the place for you! If not find yourself a better place.

As someone who'd ate Vietnamese 1-2 times a month for over ten years, at dozens of different places, I don't even know where to begin with this place.

I ordered take out to eat in the car while the rest of the family went to McDonald's during lunch break from Hurricane Harbor and was super excited to try this out.

My 'go to' is always a Vermicelli Bowl, with fish sauce and hoisen on the side to pour in to taste. First off, I asked if it comes with Hoisen, they said no just fish sauce, I asked if I could get a side of hoisen as well(like every other place has always just thrown in) , and they charged an extra dollar. I asked for a side of Sriracha as well, guess what, another dollar. For the sauces that are sitting on the table for free should I have ate in. That in itself was the first slap the the face, the second came when I got to the car and the fish sauce wasn't even in the bag. So they charged me extra for what everyone else gives for free everytime and didn't even include what they were supposed to include. The next piece was the beef, they used a cut of meat filled with chewy pieces that half of them you can't even swallow. The other half of beef that were edible is part of second star I'm giving because it was good.

The next piece in both the vermicelli bowl and the spring rolls, that really ruined the meal, in a few different ways, was that the vermacelli was actually hot. Never in my life have I had a Vietnamese restaurant serve me hot vermacelli either in the bowl or in the spring rolls. You can take a guess at what hot vermacelli will do to a rice paper wrap. Honestly just burnt through it. The lettuce was completely soggy by the time I got my meal. I don't know if that cook/chef is new, or that is just how this place serves their vermacelli. If it is, they've obviously never had good Vietnamese. The peanut sauce was too thin and lacked the proper flavour as well. Overall, the veggies were fresh and the taste was ok, just honestly the worst Vietnamese I've ever had, and still glad I didn't have to eat McDonald's.

They also told me the wait would be ten minutes, maybe 15 at most. It was 25 minutes and not one other order went out between when I order and received the food. I won't be coming back.

After a wonderful day at Hurricane Harbor, there's just no subsitute for amazing, abundant, healthy, TASTY food... so this is our go-to place about 3 minutes from the park's entrance. The service is friendly and relaxed. The food is GREAT (we've tried many of their (vegetarian) options and they were all outstanding. And they are so abundant, we all were taking food home with us. Now, to put that last part in perspective, I can eat a lot of food. I can eat a whole large pizza for example without balking. But, I could barely finish my meal here (but I shoved it down because it was just too good). We had the vegi spring roles (great!) the vegie tofu stir fry (amazing) and the vegi Pho (outstanding). And, again, super chill and pleasant place to spend time (others in there were just hanging out well after their meals ended). And, the Thai Tea boba was awesome. GREAT place... if you are passing by, do stop in!

Terrible Cook!! rice and Egg Rolls and noodles had Waaaay to much Garlic! was so overpowering and I’m the kind of person that likes a little garlic in my food, but that’s all you could taste. The meat I got a combination egg noodles with beef, chicken, and shrimp. The beef was so tough. We could not chew it and we still have our teeth. None of us could eat it was like leather it was very overcooked. The same with the chicken the shrimp was OK. Again way too much garlic not worth $40. wont be back.

We Ordered our food online and still waited an hour for it to be done after pick up time. Beef, pork and rice was dry and lacked flavor, Instant diarrhea. Over all a pretty bad experience can’t recommend.

I come here frequently however after my last experience unfortunately I will be finding a new spot. Stir fry was undercooked, I never made a fuss about it. when asked for a to go container so I could fix it at home, staff decided to have a full blow conversation with the kitchen door opened about how wrong I was and I was just trying to get the meal off my ticket. I was seated at the furthest table from the kitchen so they were being very vocal, the whole restaurant could hear. Had to ask for a box for a second time gathered my family and left.

I don’t consider myself a pho expert but this was super disappointing
I don’t know were to start

1 it got really soggy really quick

2 we substituted the meatballs for extra meat no extra cost, but there was not that much meat

3 the broth was very non-broth no flavor no zing

4 if I have to add salt like extreme amounts
To even make it taste good that’s not good
I have gone to all kinds of different pho places
And this one takes the award for not good

5 the meat was very nice but still no flavor
Very plain and yeah

We came to dine in, and were one of two families here (and there was only two of us). It took us 45 min to get our food. The server explained it was because they do the orders in which they are received and there were a ton of online orders. Weird though, because no one was coming to pick up these online orders. While we were waiting another single “customer” came in, sat down, and got her food immediately. She seems to be friends with the staff here.

There should be priority for guests who are dining in. I’m ok with waiting an hour for my food if I get it delivered when I’m at home watching tv, but dining in as a party of two?

When we finally got our pho tai (THINLY sliced steak pho) we each had 4 pieces of sliced meat. There’s no way it was even an ounce of meat. SUPER disappointed.

I ordered Pho soup chicken, steak and shrimp for pick up but it came with no steak.
