PT PHO Express - Glendale

I don’t consider myself a pho expert but this was super disappointing
I don’t know were to start

1 it got really soggy really quick

2 we substituted the meatballs for extra meat no extra cost, but there was not that much meat

3 the broth was very non-broth no flavor no zing

4 if I have to add salt like extreme amounts
To even make it taste good that’s not good
I have gone to all kinds of different pho places
And this one takes the award for not good

5 the meat was very nice but still no flavor
Very plain and yeah

Food here is great, love the steak pho and brisket pho. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, especially Kat and Lio! :)

We came to dine in, and were one of two families here (and there was only two of us). It took us 45 min to get our food. The server explained it was because they do the orders in which they are received and there were a ton of online orders. Weird though, because no one was coming to pick up these online orders. While we were waiting another single “customer” came in, sat down, and got her food immediately. She seems to be friends with the staff here.

There should be priority for guests who are dining in. I’m ok with waiting an hour for my food if I get it delivered when I’m at home watching tv, but dining in as a party of two?

When we finally got our pho tai (THINLY sliced steak pho) we each had 4 pieces of sliced meat. There’s no way it was even an ounce of meat. SUPER disappointed.

I ordered Pho soup chicken, steak and shrimp for pick up but it came with no steak.

Food is always incredible, although we always end up waiting an extra 10-20 minutes longer than the expected time when picking up to go orders.

Not bad

First time here and we tried 3 dishes; steak pho, pork banh mi, and chicken fried noodles. Banh mi was very good, but a bit in the small side. Banh mi junior lol. Pho was solid and I’m not sure I love Pho but it was good for Pho. If you’re a pho fan, you’ll enjoy it. Finally the noodles were surprisingly good. Everyone liked those.
They gave us a sample of a new dish they were trying out and none is us loved it, but it was pretty cool they let us try it out.

Unfortunately our visit here was not great. We arrived a little too early I think. We were only customers there, boba wasn’t ready, and food took about 35 minutes for 2 pho. When it arrived noodles were all big chunks stuck together and when they were finally separated it was just all little broken noddles. Taste wise eh 4/10. We just went somewhere else to eat.

My wife and I absolutely love this place! We have made a new friend that works there Achilles!!! Amazing service, very friendly to all, good food, and comfortable easy going place with a great atmosphere..I encourage you to stop in you won't be disappointed!!! To our new friend I hope I didn't mess up the name or spelling. Thank you for the great service and conversation!!!

The food was really good. I will definitely be coming back. Everything was very fresh and presentable. Kat was my server and was very helpful with suggestions.

Very nice little restaurant, was visiting from Michigan and my family went for Vietnamese, Kat was a wonderful waitress!! She made sure we had everything and she was so kind and helpful, would definitely come back for the wings I got last time!!
