Their black tea was some of the best I have had! They have lots of seating area and was a nice place to get some work done. Highly recommend their signature peach/orange black tea

Great sandwiches

The orders are always made wrong over door dash or uber. As well as came in 20 mins before closing and was told they don’t have coffee ?? Like don’t lie just say you don’t want to make it. Two girls gave each other a “look” when i walked in, i work in customer service i know what it means which makes me sad because i do like their matcha.

Everytime we come to this place we have a hard time deciding what to order because everything and I mean everything is sooo good!!! They use non dairy milk for their milk teas so for those of you are lactose intolerant, this is the place for you. Not to mention the food menu are so authentic!

I discovered this place about a month ago & have been going every single day to use their space to study & do homework. I come with my friend & buy drinks everytime. Drinks are pricey usually about $10 for an oat milk boba; not to mention they ask for tips. All was going well & I was happy with this being my designated spot until we came in today & spent $18 on 2 drinks and my friend tried something new & didn’t like it, I KINDLY asked the girls at the register if we could have it remade into my drink which my friend preffered, for she did not like hers it was too sweet for her taste. Not only did they all say NO to remaking our drink they tried to tell me I had drank HALF of it to my face as I held the FULL drink! Clearly this company we’ve spent so much at does NOT care about customer satisfaction at ALL. To think how much waste they probably have in 1 day & yet they can’t remake a $10 drink for a DAILY customer? Horrible customer service! We won’t be coming back & I won’t recommend this place. Make sure before you order your $10 drinks that you somehow are magically sure you like them or your money will go to waste. Dutch bros & any other company worth spending your hard earned money at will gladly remake your drinks if you don’t like them!
