I stopped in during a quick break from a long 12-hour shift, still in my scrubs, just hoping for a drink—and the owner’s kindness absolutely made my day. She generously gave me a donut for free simply because she wanted me to try it, no expectation at all. That small act of generosity meant more than she probably realized in the middle of such a demanding day.

While visiting Rainbow donuts I received complementary donut for waiting. She is the most welcoming and warming person! The store is very clean and services was amazing! Round of applause!

Outstanding service. My daughter and I tried our luck at 3:30pm, the doors lock and they closed for the day. The owner came and opened the door and brought out trays of donuts. Thank you so much, they went over and beyond for us.
