It's really frustrating to order and pay for items you don't receive. I experience this frequently with the Canes restaurant. The one taking your order talks so fast,you can't understand what they're saying, but my biggest issue is not receiving items I pay for.. like yesterday, I always order extra canes sauce because without it, it doesn't taste good. I ordered 4 meals with extra sauce. Since I never get it, I made sure to ask the man at the window if the extra sauce cups were in there. He handed it to me and said yes, the extra sauce is in there. I get home and there was no extra sauce and that's irritating because I even asked but was lied to. He didn't know but said yes it's in there to move us along knowing he really didn't know, but was too lazy to check. I unfortunately took his word on it and should have just looked myself. Again this happens to me multiple time with missing items, like bread, sauce, etcs, it's so frustrating to at for things you don't receive... If you order from this restaurant, do not leave before making sure your order is correct.

Stopped in for a quick lunch over the weekend. Food was pretty good as usual but seating was hard to find and there was a general disorganized feel about the whole experience. I am a fan of Raising Canes, but this location is by far the worst. I came here once before, and the chicken was dry and tasteless. I came here for the second time, and I will not be returning. Not only was the chicken overcooked, the service was also very bad. The folks at the counter were the most unfriendly and irritable that ever waited on customers. It was very noisy in the restaurant, with the music going, and people talking loudly that it was difficult to hear what the person at the counter was saying. He was also wearing a mask, so hearing him was rather difficult. When i asked him to kindly repeat whar he said, he ended up shouting at me very loudly. Quite unprofessional. I tried to inform the manager via phone call, but employees don't even know who that person is! Before my family and I left, I asked another person at the counter for a lemonade refill. He so reluctantly did so. These people here are badly in need of training.I would highly resommend Raising Cane's at the 27th Ave and Bell Road location. Not only are their food cooked to perfection, the employees there the kindest and the sweetest. The dining room is also very clean.

First of all, I love the atmosphere. Holy smokes, this place looks great! However, can't forget the service! Great service. Yet, that's all the praise I'm going to give. The food isn't healthy. It's a bunch of processed junk with loads of calories. There is no high quality protein here. Not recommended for diet kings & queens!
