Completely gross, the fountain drink tasted like mold and mildew and when I told the worker she exchanged the drink in the same cup….eww. The tenders fries and bread had a plastic taste. This location has seen better days.

While we love the food, whoever designed this location did a poor job. The only driveway entrance is a major hazard. Trying to enter off the main roadway and being met with exiting traffic is a Huge NO NO. They need to add another driveway on the entrance side. Second the building should've been built further back with parking at the front. If you want to dine in, don't bother. Not only is the parking lot wrong, the inside is small and space to move around is limited with others trying to share the same space. This location is better using the drive thru. So that's why I only gave a few stars for this particular location.
(Even Village Inn had these same issues when its building sat in the same location).

Tiny Portions. LIKE REALLY Small.. Lettuce tastes dirty. Also lots of unedible pieces in the chicken. Will never be back to this location.

The manager came out and checked on us. The staff was so friendly. They even corrected a mistake I made in my takeout order at no extra charge. Wind place and delicious chicken.

Not happy with this location at all! Last week my som burned his hand on their door handle because there is no cover! I was told by the manager this is a ongoing issue and he had covers coming the next day to fix the issue. He gave us some coupons and promised to fix the issue. I took the family again today and realized there was still no cover on the door handle and the coupons given to us are expired. Heavily considering contacting a lawyer about the burn my son received.

This location has crappy customer service at drive thru. I asked to put a parchment paper before putting the food but they did not listen. Also, I requested to switch the coleslaw to fries the employee closed the drive thru slider abruptly. So rude

Horrible location! I get that it’s a 3 finger combo but this is no combo. $11 for this. Look how small the chicken fingers are and small amount of fries. It’s like they steal some of your money from you here. $11 in this economy for this???

On a Sunday afternoon no less.

I’m sure even if they see this post they’d just brush it off too. Seems like they only acknowledge 5 stars.

Ordered food for curbside delivery. Waited an extra 10 minutes after my order should have been done. Went in to find my order sitting on the back counter. No condiments, and wrong drink order was given. No one in the restaurant was that busy that they couldn't have checked the accuracy of the order.
